Pleasant start to our Italy experience.

Good kitchen, well equipped. Clean. Lots of local information. Well laid out apartment design. Good shower. Comfortable bed, but pillow was firmer than one of us liked. Washing machine. Easy to get to Florence proper, but note the comment re buses below.

Right under flight path, with some late evening and early morning flights, occasionally waking us. Noisy street traffic. The local buses, especially #29 to railway station, were unreliable. Several times we had to walk an extra kilometre because of it. Trains are also unreliable. But neither transport complaint is the fault of the property, of course.

Exceptionally comfortable place that will save you a lot of money to explore Firenze.

Slightly it is location, but just slightly, as it’s bit far from city center and close to the airport. However, bus is just around the corner and goes directly to T2 tram stop (5 minutes drive) from where tram leads directly downtown and central station (20 minutes).

We liked it very much👌🏻

The owners were so nice, helpful and flexible! We spent almost a week there, and we honestly can’t say anything negative: the apartment was clean, well-equipped, friendly and cozy. With a few minutes walk public transport to the city center was easily available. Definitely recommend this place☺️

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. Host very helpful - there to meet us having given us very helpful accurate instructions to the property & has also said he is sending back our USB memory stick we accidentally left behind in the property.

the studio was amazing, it was worth the money, everything was super clean and had all the amenities that we needed, the host was also super nice with us, recommend it 100%

property was a bit far from firenze central and needed about two buses to get to the destination but in my opinion it was worth it

Struttura pulita accogliente e ubicata in una zona dove son a pochi metri tutti i servizi, host gentile cordiale e molto disponibile e ospitale

Se avessi avuto l’auto avrei trovato difficoltà a parcheggiare vicino casa, ma a poche centinaia di metri si trovava parcheggio

Niesamowita Florencja

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami i potrzebnym wyposażeniem. Osiedle spokojne, blisko market spożywczy Conad. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Wszystko dokładnie wyjaśnił, jak się poruszać po mieście. Blisko lotnisko. Do głównej części miasta jedzie autobus 35. Polecam i pozdrawiam Simone.
