Nice apartment, not equipped to its full potential.

Large apartment with a very large comfortable bedroom,complete with two king size beds. A well equipped bathroom Also had a smaller living room/ second bedroom with a couple of sofa beds and a TV.

The kitchen comprises of a fridge, a kettle and a tray with cups and glasses on it, no utensils at all, not even a spoon, we had to go and buy some. The lamps in the bedroom had the bulbs removed, and 2 of the three wardrobes had apartment stuff stored in them. The balcony was full of washing leaving us nowhere to put our wet coats. The toilet seat had a crack across it

Riscaldamento spento, c'era freddo, la doccia rotta e non c'era acqua calda. Proprietario sentito solo tramite messaggi perché non rispondeva al telefono. Il parcheggio non è sotto casa. La tv non funzionava.

Brutta esperienza..

Posizione comoda per il tram

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento con lavello della cucina con residui di cibo e le lenzuola di 2 letti su 3 con macchie, sporcizia e capelli. Senza contare che la prenotazione era per una famiglia di 4 persone e in casa fossero presenti solo 3 sedie. Questi solo alcuni dei motivi per cui abbiamo utilizzato l'appartamento esclusivamente per dormire e neanche troppo al caldo. Sul letto oltre al lenzuolo era presente solo un plaid, per essere gennaio un po' poco. In uno degli armadi vi erano riposte una o due coperte ma non sarebbero state sufficienti per tutti i letti e soprattutto, vista la scarsa pulizia delle lenzuola, non ci siamo avventurati con l'utilizzo delle coperte. Impossibile accedere al balcone dalla cucina a causa della tapparella della porta finestra rotta. Scarico del bagno malfunzionante. Se si vuole pulire il pavimento nell'appartamento non c'è una scopa. Avevamo prenotato leggendo le recensioni positive dei precedenti ospiti che sono stati probabilmente più fortunati di noi.

A nossa experiência neste alojamento foi muito negativa. À chegada, foi-nos entregue um apartamento sem nunca nos ser informado que não correspondia ao apartamento que tínhamos reservado e pago através do Booking. O alojamento apresentava vários problemas logo desde o início: Falta de limpeza à chegada (louça suja, lençóis e roupa de cama sujos, toalhas rasgadas) Congelador completamente cheio de gelo, que nem fechava O forno não funciona O anúncio indica televisão, mas não existe TV O anúncio indica acesso à varanda, mas a varanda não é acessível devido a uma persiana partida Existem problemas de segurança elétrica na casa de banho, com interruptores sem tampa e fios expostos No dia seguinte, a proprietária limitou-se a retirar o gelo do congelador e a trocar as toalhas e a roupa de cama, sem resolver os restantes problemas e sem qualquer comunicação connosco. Apenas dois dias depois, quando confrontámos os proprietários sobre as grandes discrepâncias entre o anúncio e o apartamento onde estávamos, foi-nos dito que o apartamento entregue à chegada seria “melhor” do que aquele que tínhamos reservado. Esta informação nunca nos foi comunicada à chegada, o que teria mudado completamente o contexto da estadia. Perante esta situação, decidimos sair a meio da estadia. A atitude dos proprietários foi arrogante e pouco profissional, sem qualquer tentativa real de resolver os problemas. Não recomendamos este alojamento.

Per una notte va bene...

La posizione è molto comoda con i mezzi (bus 17 fermata Piazza puccini provenendo da Stazione Fs Centrale) e tram T2. Per una notte va' piu che bene. C'è il riscaldamento (se chiuso, basta aprire le manopole dei termosifoni).

Struttura abbastanza scarna, pulita sì, ma abbastanza poco curata. No Wifi

ALEGRE FIN DE SWMANA EN FLORENCIA CON AMIGOS

Las fotos no le hacen justicia, es muy bonito, amplio y luminoso. Además, es muy completo respecto a cualquier cosa que pudieses necesitar. La persona que nos recibió al check in fue muy amable y atento para explicarnos cualquier duda y darnos recomendaciones de la ciudad.

Quizá la hora de check out la retrasaría a las 11.
