Modern, comfortable accommodations for up to six people

The location is out of central Florence. It was great for us with kids. It has a huge balcony, very spacious interior. Even the bed in the pull out couch was incredibly comfortable. The AC was amazing-it was 95 degrees outside and it was a huge relief after being in a different location without AC. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful, modern apartment!

The best accomodation in Italy 😍

The apartment is very modern, clean, comfortable and cosy. It has everything that is needed while resting. Everything is just as in the photos. There is a big terrace with comfortable resting set, also, there is a big fridge. The neighbourhood is not far away from Florence city centre but it is very calm and nice in here, also, as this is not the city cente, there is a lot of parking places. There are shops nearby. The host is very friendly, smily and nice. She eagerly showed us the whole apartment, there were no problems with accomodation and our late hour of arrival. We were travelling in 6, so I was sleeping on the sofa but it didn't feel like this at all. The bed has been already prepared for me and was big and comfortable. The apartment is more than enough for 6 people. One bathroom is in the bedroom and the second one is like general for the rest of accommodated people. To be honest, it is the best place we have stayed in Italy so far. 11/10 ;)

The only "but" are the blunt knives and lack of the cutting desk (or at least I didn't manage to find it in the shelves 😅).

Exceptionally clean and well-maintained accommodation. Everything was perfect – the location, the cleanliness, the terrace, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend it.

Très bien situé

Nous avons toujours trouvé une place pour nous garer. Le must de cet appartement, c'est l'arrêt de bus 36 qui vous emmène à la gare de Florence, on peut acheter les tickets dans le petit magasin à côté. Appartement avec 2 belles chambres et salles de bain. Confortable et minimaliste. Grande terrasse. Plus haut dans la rue, un petit restaurant de passionnés, la Besigna, vraiment conseillé !

La multitude de boutons pour allumer les pièces. Mais c'est juste un détail étonnant !

Die Wohnung lag hervorragend im Vorort von Florenz. Hat eine sehr große Dachterasse. Die Anbindung per Bus nach Florenz Innenstadt ist super gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt.

Igazából minden tetszett , gyönyörű szép szerintem frissen felújított lakás. Minden szobában saját klíma az asztalon prospektusok hogy honnan tudunk kaját rendelni hatalmas terasz kerti székkel asztallal. Ingyenes parkoló a ház előtt kb. 50 m-re buszmegálló kiváló tömegközlekedéssel. A házigazda rendkívül segítőkész volt mindenféle kérdésre szinte azonnal válaszolt. Maa

Venez passer un bon séjour à florence

Très beau appartement ,modéne ,classe ,clim de par tout ainsi que la tv dans les chambres et salon ,grande terasse . Bien situer à 15 mn en bus du centre ville de florence avec les arrêts de bus en face de l appartement . Avec ces petits magasins et son maché tout les jours . Pour les courses il y a le coop juste à côté et un hypermarche aussi . Je recommande et je retournerai .

Extraordinaria y muy a gusto!

Todo nos gustó mucho, muy buena ubicación, súper limpio todo el apartamento, además de lindo, y con todas las comodidades. Volvería a hospedarme ahi cuando vuelva a Florencia. El transporte hacia el casco viejo de la ciudad está muy bien conectado.

Que no hay elevador porque mi madre iba a en muletas, pero se entiende. Por todo lo demás estuvo perfecto.
