Gem near the Florence!

This is the place to be if you are looking for an authentic Italian house in a beautiful location. It felt like visiting your beloved grandmother. We were warmly welcomed by Klaudio, who showed us everything and explained everything. The house has a lovely garden, horses and olive trees. The city is actually not that far away and there is public transport within walking distance to go to the center of Florence.

Only the pool decks would need renovation.

Absolutely Disgusting Pool and Unacceptable Host, Luca.

Exterior looked fancy.

We originally booked 3 nights but had to leave after just one due to the horrible conditions. The pooldeck was rotten and dangerous to walk on. The pool was extremely filthy—so bad that one of our children developed an ear infection a few days later. He really wanted to swim and ignored the dirty water. A doctor confirmed it was likely caused by the pool after seeing our photos. We explained the situation to the host and mentioned that we had two kids who had been looking forward to swimming. Unfortunately, the host showed no empathy at all—completely dismissive and arrogant—and refused any kind of refund. The room itself also smelled terrible, like old lady. The air conditioning made noise but didn’t cool the room at all. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. You will be disappointed. The pictures on booking doesn't do it justice.

A must have visit in peaceful nature and great hosts

Everything was perfect. The hosts were the sweetest and kindest people really making the stay exceptional. I went horse riding both days and I couldn’t be happier. The surrounding nature is incredibly beautiful.

It was pleasant enough. Didn't really get to talk with anyone there except the Father. He was great!

We had to leave very early and didn't get to eat breakfast.

The air conditioning wasn't great and there were no screens on the windows so we couldn't sleep with the windows open., It was a little warm and stuffy.

Amazing 1500s Tuscany villa accommodation

Host was an incredible gentleman that even picked us up and dropped us off to the bus station. Amazing accommodation and history! They even have their own wines and oils. Feels like you're in the heart of Tuscany farmland. Just beautiful!

Shame the pool and spa had closed for the season. Be ready to walk a lot in order to get to Florence if you don't have a car or bike! About a 20-30 minute walk to the nearest metro.

a country side place to stay as a self catering accomadation.

cleanness. the owner was very kind and knowledgeable and helpful.

there was no breakfast service as advertised. Also, the swimming pool was closed and the area around the swimming pool was not maintained. we had a different expression of the place from the photos shown on Booking.com. this is not a hotel. it is more like self-catering accommodation.

Exceptional

Superb place around grapes, olive trees and horses. We spent wonderfull moments here. The appartment is perfect, the swiming pool is great. Not so far from Florence center, accessible by tramway (free parking place at the station) : very practical! I 200% recommend!

The apartment is clean and comfy. Location is great: away from the chaos of the town but right next to Florence. The owners are also super kind.

I am 1.85 m tall and I had the feeling the bed was really too short for me.

Tuscan Countryside retreat within 30 min driving of Florence city center

The garden is loevely to hang out, the kitchen is well equiped and air condition is working. There are great restaurants close by, for example il Millione. Parking is good too. Lanscapes is prescious and great for a walk or run. You can bring your dog and it´s great to run a round

The owners who are very nice are not very present as they are busy with other things on the farm. The pool is a bit far from the house.

Nice stay, Nice people, Nice break from the city traffic

Another wonderful Tuscan villa! This is a beautiful, old villa in the hills near Florence, but only a short drive to the city center. Peaceful and historical surroundings made for a fantastic 4/5 night stay. The hosts were extremely kind and pleasant and helpful with their suggestions. Comfort was a priority, the bed and shower are first class. The gardens are beautiful.

Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele. Super atmosfera. Klimatyczne mieszkanko. Blisko Florencji a jednocześnie można poczuć spokojną aurę otaczającego miejsca. Fajna okolica do długich spacerów w otoczeniu gajów oliwnych i rosnących winorośli.

La tranquilidad de la zona, estar en una casa típica de la toscana. A los niños les encantaron los caballos y la zona de campo. La piscina se agradece después de visitar Florencia a 40 grados.

Superbe situation, très bien équipé et propriétaires très investis dans leur agriturismo.

Le site est très beau avec vue sur la campagne toscane, très belles soirées et pourtant à moins de 20 min de Florence en voiture. La présence d’animaux pour nos enfants et de très beaux chevaux. Malgré la chaleur avoisinant 35 degrés à Florence , les températures étaient très supportables à Scandicci.

De ligging is perfect, Florence is heel dichtbij. Het was schoon, super knus en schattig ingericht. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Luca en Claudio zijn heel gastvrij en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!

Calme et reposant

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le calme et le charme de la Toscane. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’atelier cuisine et la balade à cheval proposé par l’hébergement. L’auberge et la chambre était aussi très agréables avec une belle décoration. Le trajet depuis Florence était assez facile d’accès même sans voiture. Coup de cœur pour la propriétaire qui a été très gentille.

Point négatif, la piscine n’était pas encore ouverte or cela n’était pas indiqué lors de la réservation donc grosse déception à l’arrivée. Cependant il y avait un jacuzzi et un jardin pour bronzer. Également l’auberge n’a pas de réel restaurant, le repas se fait en fonction des hôtes et est payant.

Nada está muy lejos de lo que dicen tener no hay alberca , jacuzzi sucio , jardines horrendos , nadie te recibe 30 min esperando acceder , mucho ruido del vecino todo debería mejorar

Nada , no hay atención no hay acercamiento, malo malo malo , solo lo hacen por hacer no hay interés en el huésped , solo me quedé 1 noche de los dos que pagué por que esta horrible y caro sus actividades

O atendimento do Lucca foi excepcional, muito solícito, o lugar é muito lindo mesmo, como nas fotos! Cama maravilhosa, apartamento todo equipado. Ótima localização! Fizemos a degustação de vinhos, que eram muito bons!

Tudo maravilhoso, não temos o que reclamar. Pena que a linda piscina com aquela vista estava coberta.

הדירה יפה וחדישה בעיצוב כפרי. המקום שקט מאוד. מרחק סביר לביקור בפירנצה. יש מגוון מסעדות במרחק דקות בודדות נסיעה (בכבישים צרים מאוד). קיבלנו שמפו וסבון (לא טרויאלי).

התחזוקה והשירות לא מדהימים. המגבות מגוכחות (מבד פיקה!), מגוון כלי הבישול ומוצרי הבסיס במטבח בסיסי מדי (אפילו שקית זבל לא הייתה). החצר לא הייתה מטופחת.
