About this house rental
Relax in this quiet 5-bed single-family home. It is located in a small village near the A1 motorway, a 13-minutes drive from Florence airport and opposite a small public park with children's games and free public parking. The house has a living room/bedroom with a sofa bed (queen size), a kitchen complete with all appliances including a dishwasher and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there is the double bedroom (1 double bed +1 single bed). Ideal for families who want to visit Florence, Tuscany and central Italy. In fact, the house is located both near the center of Florence, which can be reached by public transport, and the main motorways (A1, Florence-Pisa-Livorno, Florence-Siena) with which you can reach the various locations in 2-3 hours by car (Rome, Bologna, Venice, Genoa). No tourist tax (€5.5 per person per day in the center of Florence). For staying above 7 days, electricity and gas expenses are paid separately based on the effective consumption
