Execution of the facilities can be inproved

1. Location is near to the bus stops connecting the main station and major bus station. 2. Balcony and shutters to block out the sun completely. 3. Basics like salt, sugar, oil provided. 4. Host is responsive - the lock was broken but host and his kind neighbour helped us. BRAVO

1. No toilet paper as mentioned in the facilities in Booking.com 2. Bathroom mirror had toothpaste stains from previous guests - could have been cleaned better considering the cleaning fee was included in the tariff. 3. There was a used soap kept in the shower area - no one uses soap used by previous guests. And no fresh soap or body wash was provided.

Nice place to stay if you don’t mind commuting 20 minutes to Florence

Good price with a good connection to Florence city center. Nice terrace and scandicci itself had some nice places to have a pizza, cafe or gelato without the expensive prices like in Florence.

Place is a bit old and there is no possibility to leave the luggage before/after

Mold in all rooms

The apartment is well equipped and has a lovely terrace/view

There was a severe amount of mold in all rooms, especially the bedroom and bathroom. Keeping the windows open was not possible due to mosquitoes. Because of the mold near the bed I chose to sleep on the pull-out sofa in the kitchen, which was dirty and very uncomfortable, definitely not suitable for 2 people (which it is meant for when you book for 4 people). The owner refuses any communication about the condition of the apartment, so definitely can't recommend booking here.

Relax

Th location of the room is strategic and safe. There are bus stop and tram station (10 min walk) neraby. There are restaurants and Carefour Express nearby. The neighbourhood is friendly. there is a balcony to enjoy the stunning view.

The sofa is a bit uncomfortable. the lift to get to the property can only accommodate two persons with luggage.

Very good deal - value for money! The location is very good - 7 from the tram line and you can wherever you want. The host is friendly and didn't ask for any deposit.

Small apartment with a good view at a low cost on the outskirts. Good for people with Car.

Kitchen was equipped. Washing machine. Good toilet and bedroom. Very nice antique table in the bedroom. Large balcony with a view of green tree tops. Overall good ambience and cleanliness. Ample free public parking below the property, but none reserved. Had to spend 10 minutes sometimes to find parking. As we were traveling by car, this was an ideal location on the outskirts of Florence. One has a choice of taking a bus to the centre of Florence. Convenient also to travel to Pisa and Lucca. We took our car into Florence and parked for free around Pizzale Michelangelo (abou 1 km ahead, but there are many closer places) on the hill across the river and old town. No worries of entering ZTL. 2nd floor property with an elevator which is a big plus. The Garden in front has a small but good flea market on Sundays. We bought some antique from there. Good value for money, one of the lowest in Florence at around 60 Euros/ N for 4 persons in May 2019 (including cleaning charges, the longer you stay, lower the cost)

Very small Sofa cum bed. My grown up daughters could not sleep well for 2 days. It's a bit crammed when you open the Sofa. The owner doesn't understand English, but replies on whatsapp. Overall, a good experience barring the Sofa cum Bed. Apt. Too small for 4 persons. May be good for 3.

La posizione. L'host è stato disponibile a ridolvere qualche piccolo inconveniente.

L'appartamento, ubicato al terzo piano con ascendore e dotato di un comodo terrazzino ha buone potenzialità: migliorando lo stile degli arredi e delle finiture potrebbe essere un buon punto di appoggio per un breve soggiorno a Scandicci. Anche il bagno avrebbe bisogno di un lifting totale...

Turistáktól távol, autentikus környezetben jól felszerelt kis lakás, remek infrastruktúrával

Nyugodt környék, távolabb a központtól, autentikus környezetben. Firenze központja egy átszállással (busszal) megközelíthető 30-40 perc alatt, a buszmegálló 2 percre van. A környék infrastruktúrája kiváló, a közelben van étterem, szupermarket és a Flixbusz állomása is, ahonnan sok helyre el lehet jutni. A szállás egy kis lakás, teljes felszereltséggel, saját terasszal. A konyhában főzni is lehet, kávé, tea, só, olaj, fűszerek rendelkezésre állnak. A szállás melletti téren vasárnap bolhapiac van.

A tulajdonos csak írásban és olaszul kommunikált velünk, de mióta van Google fordító, ez sem probléma.

Departamento limpio, en un lugar tranquilo para descansar y cerca de un buen supermercado.

La ubicación tranquila, para quienes gustan del silencio, pero si un poco lejos del centro histórico, aunque existen líneas de buses y la estación del tranvía está a 10 minutos caminando.

el sofá cama incómodo, el desague de la ducha estaba tapado, creo que deberían colocar un mejor sofá cama o que el depart sea solo para 2 personas máximo.

Estancia tranquila

Apartamento ideal para pasar unos días en Florencia. Todo limpio, espacioso, luminoso, en un barrio tranquilo y agradable.

La ubicación. Incómodo para ir y venir del centro de Florencia, ya que la linea del tranvía estaba temporalmente cortada y había que hacer transbordos.

Tutto: ordine, pulizia, disponibilità, gentilezza e prontezza nelle comunicazioni. Era molto caldo fuori ma il condizionatore silenzioso ci ha rinfrescato e ci avevano messo a disposizione anche un ventilatore nel caso lo preferissimo. Tutto perfetto

Migliorerei solo il materasso un po’ troppo morbido e i cuscini che li metterei meno piatti ma abbiamo dormito benissimo in ogni caso

Vaktimiz olmadığı için günler öncesinden teslim saatliyle ilgili ev sahibiyle görüşmemize rağmen, anahtar teslimi için 2 saat kapıda bekledik. temizlikçi anahtarı unutup gitmiş ve ev sahibi beklememiz dışında hiçbir çözüm öneremedi. ev iyi temizlenmemişti. bir süpürge tutulsa temizlenilecek alanlar bile duruyordu. mutfakda örümcek ağları, karınca yuvası vardı. eve ilk girdiğim anki mutfağa ait fotoğrafları yükleyeceğim. yataklar gıcır gıcır ses çıkarıyordu. Çok fazla sinek vardı ve sineklik olmadığı için evi havalandıramadık bile. en temel mutfak gereçi olan kettle yoktu. ütü yoktu.

La zona es preciosa y muy tranquila, a cinco cuadras está el tranvía que te deja en el centro de Florencia a unas cinco cuadras del Duomo, pleno casco histórico

Deberían mejorar algunas cosas del departamento, sobre todo los colchones de la cama principal de dos plazas y del sillón que se hace cama que está en el comedor cocina, nosotros que somos adultos mayores lo sentimos mucho en el descanso, además mejorar la ropa de cama y las toallas y toallones

Ottima la posizione, con tutti i servizi, carino il parchetto davanti alla casa, a pochi passi dalla tramvia e in un attimo sei a Firenze. Il materasso veramente comodo.

Scarsa pulizia. L`host ha mandato immediatamente il personale delle pulizie ma alcune cose sono impossibili da sistemare in poco tempo come: gran quantità di muffa nella doccia, ragnatele che pendono dal soffitto, pareti che non vedono una rinfrescata da parecchio e muffa ai bordi delle finestre. Ho visto delle foto nelle vecchie recensioni e noto che alcune cose son già state segnalate tempo fa.. Il divano letto (pieno di peli e cibo) non lo abbiamo utilizzato per le condizioni in cui l'abbiamo trovato, dormendo alla fine in 3 sul letto matrimoniale. 2 asciugamani da doccia e uno per il viso per 3 persone per 3 notti non sono sufficienti.

Veel verschillende apparaten aanwezig in de keuken. Dicht bij de metro. Sfeervol ingericht. Mooi uitzicht.

Er waren bizar veel muggen. We hebben er de eerste nacht zeker 30 dood geslagen. De douche was niet echt schoon, op de deuren zat schimmel.
