About this house rental
Live like a local at this perfectly placed holiday escape for three. Enjoy lazy mornings exploring neighbourhood markets, cafes and stores, then soak up the Renaissance beauty of Florence’s historic centre.
Quietly situated off the main street, in a residential suburb this recently modernised townhouse provides the ideal base to explore the beautiful city of Florence.
Arranged over two floors the property is part of a historic building that is accessed through a small courtyard. On the ground floor guests will find an open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, a smart flat-screen TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The bright and spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and opens onto a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.
Extra: There is also a sofa bed for one in the living room

Bathroom 1: The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, washbasin and a WC

There is a bus stop close by and visitors can also explore local markets, shops, and cafes, all within a 5-minute walk allowing guests to experience the community’s local culture and lifestyle.
This property provides both a quiet base and easy access to Florence’s world-famous attractions. All downtown locations such as the Uffizi Gallery, Florence Cathedral (Duomo) and Ponte Vecchio are reachable by the Tramway in approximately 25 minutes. Guests can also head to the Boboli Gardens, behind the Pitti Palace where you can admire the fountains and statues for an afternoon.
Other famous destinations such as Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, and Greve in Chianti are all about an hour’s drive from the vacation rental and provide excellent destinations for a day trip.
