We had a wonderful time at this property. The garden is lovely and the apartment had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and ensured we knew which bus and team routes to take.

Best stay in Florence

I liked the owner and his family, they were very informative, accessible, nice, supportive, they were so kind, plus the instalation were superb ...the location is distant from the city center but accessible by tram or 2 buses. It takes around 40 min to get there. We didnt really mind as we had rented a car so we could get to the nearest tram station by car, frre parling at the supermarket nearby and then take the tram to city.

Exceptional

We stayed as a family for 3 nights while enjoying Florence, the Tuscany region and the Cinque Terre. The La Tinaia was a great home to us. It’s inside a nice compound and had a private parking area. We could have our breakfast and dinner in the beautiful garden. Florence central station was a super convenient 10-15 min drive away. We’d like to thank Agustino for his great hospitality.

A perfect starting point is Florence.

The host was very kind and provided us a lot of informations about Florence and the public transport possibilities to reach the town centre. The property was clean and spacious and had all the appliances we needed. The free parking space was a bonus.

The property and its facilities were great. Lots of secure parking a big outdoor space which our son loved. The hosts were very tentative and happy to help at all times.

A very nice apartment, opening out onto the garden. It was nicely decorated and had a kitchen that was well supplied with utensils etc. The apartment was spacious (bigger than where I live) and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, and supplied us with bus tickets to get into Florence (1.50 euros each way). The apartment was easy to find, with good parking, and convenient to get into Florence. There was a large supermarket just a few minutes' walk away on the main road. Everything was good.

Excelente para quem viaja de carro!

Se você estiver de carro, a localização é muito boa. Leva 15 minutos de carro até o estacionamento fora da ZTL em Firenze. É só deixar o carro estacionado e seguir a pé para explorar a cidade. Se você estiver sem carro, aí a coisa muda um pouco de figura. Você vai ter que pegar um ônibus até a estação de trem, pegar o trem, soltar em uma estação anterior a estação central (porque esta está em obra) e pegar outro ônibus. Acontece que o trem e o ônibus são lotados! Toda essa baldeação cansa muito, sem contar que demora mais ou menos uma hora o percurso total e provavelmente você vai em pé e apertado, porque é muito cheio. No fim do dia, quando se está cansado de andar na cidade é difícil voltar. O anfitrião é muito simpático e prestativo. Nos deu várias dicas sobre a cidade e nos deixou bem a vontade. A instalação é bem confortável, tanto a cama como o sofá cama são bem confortáveis e o ar condicionado funciona muito bem! As roupas de cama e banho estavam limpíssimas!

Le hôtel est très accueillant et donne toutes les informations nécessaires pour aller dans le centre de Florence via les transports. Le logement est bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun, du supermarché. Le logement est propre, bien agencé. Le jardin est vraiment joli, vous pourrez profiter de celui ci en mangeant sur la table mise à disposition devant le logement.

Gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari di casa in primis!!!! Appartamento bellissimo, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Letto comodo...parcheggio privato.....che dire....come essere a casa!!! Da ritornare!!!

Gyönyörű környezetben volt a szállás, tiszta, melegséget árasztó lakás, kellemes, kedves hazigazda. Sóval, olajjal ellátva, igy nem kellett külön vásárolni. Kv, tea állt rendelkezésre, dzsem, kétszersült a fogadaskor.Biztonságos környék. Melegvíz is volt, de ha ketten egymás után zuhanyoztunk, úgy már a másiknak nem jutott. Az ágy kényelmes volt. Jól éreztük magunkat. Ha jövünk, biztos ide foglaltunk újra.
