Excellent base to explore the Fabulous Firenze!!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, although an additional pillow or two would make it even better. The washing machine was a welcome surprise! Everything worked perfectly. The shower was amazing 🤩 Laura was the perfect host. Very helpful and great communication from start to finish.

There was no aircon, but Laura provided excellent fans which were a godsend! At times the noise of teenagers racing motorbikes in the street intruded into the apartment. But this could happen anywhere and is certainly not a fault with the apartment or the host.

Absolutely FABULOUS!

everything was perfect, from location to the accommodation and its deco and Laura the host! We have driven by car from UK to Italy so we have been looking for a nice place around Florence with secure car park but still close to the centre and all the sightseeing gems. L’OZioRinco was perfect! Located in a nice, neighbouring area with necessary amenities on your door step and a really good fish restaurant close by + only 15min by bus to the centre of Florence. The apartment - fabulous - nice, tasteful Italian deco, incredibly clean and equipped with everything you would need. The host - Laura - loveliest Italian Lady we have met on our Tuscany adventure! She really cares about her guests and their experience in Florence! Thank you Laura for your hospitality! we will recommend this place to our friends and family for sure!!

Amazing stay in Florence

Very nice, traditional furnished, quite big and comfortable accommodation with beautiful green garden/front yard (including cudle cat :-) ). The car can be parked for free inside the garden, which is a big advantage. The place is only a few kilometers away from the center of Florence and its main attractions, in a green area. The owner Laura was wery friendly, polite and helpful, she gave us a lot of important information about transport, parking and restaurants ... Thank you, we were very satisfied!

A very nice place in Florence !

First of all we have been very warmly welcomed by Laura ! The communication before our arrival was also very good. The place is really beautiful, extremely clean, very well furnished and quite big. The location was perfect, a few kilometres from the heart of Florence, in a quiet and green area. The airport is also very close (which was perfect for us), but without the noise pollution you could expect. The car can be parked for free inside the place, which is also a good point.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment

We were greeted graciously at our late arrival. Our host communicated with us promptly (we used email but also had a phone number available to us). The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a bonus half bath and a wonderful kitchen we wish we had more time to use. The location close to the airport was very convenient for our early morning departure and we were able to walk easily on a quiet street.
