Absolutely in Florence
Easily accessible from the highway and main route to and from the city, still outside the ZTL. In a short walking distance from T1.3 tram station that drops you at the border of the historic centre. One can always find a free parking space nearby. A Lidl in 10 min walking, a Coop.fi about 15-16 min walking. A/C in all three bedrooms, clean and spacey. And last but definitely not least: Francesco. Available 24/7, 100% helpful and professional! He's just 11 out of 10 😉

Comodidad en un entorno acogedor y hospitalario.
La cordialidad de Francesco, la decoración del lugar, las vistas de los dos amplios balcones, el buen equipamiento. El departamento en general es muy bello. Tiene ascensor, por lo que no es inconveniente que quede en el último piso. Cómodo para una familia de 6, incluyendo ambos baños.
En un momento se descompuso la lavadora, pero Francesco rápidamente manejó todo para arreglarla. Quedamos muy contentos con el servicio. Relativamente cerca del tranvía, el departamento está a una media hora del centro.

В принципе неплохо, но все испортило отношение хозяев, когда из-за проблем с их стиральной машинкой, были испорчены вещи
2 ванные, есть посудомойка, нет ограничений на пользование горячей водой. Есть лифт, но маленький, есть 2 уютных балкона.
Старый ремонт, древняя мебель. Кондиционеры есть, но пользоваться ими нельзя. Есть только большие вентиляторы, прикрепленные к потолку. Когда их включаешь, с них начинает сыпаться пыль. 15 минут пешком занимает дорога до трамвая, на котором можно доехать в центр города. Было пыльно в самой квартире, были обнаружены волосы на постельном белье. Одна спальная комната отделена от гостиной просто шкафом, то есть отдельного личного пространства у человека там не будет. Стиральная машинка оказалась не рабочей, в итоге, мои белые вещи были испорчены и покрыты пятнами ржавчины. Хозяева просто сказали, что не имеют к этому никакого отношения, хотя подтвердили, что стиральная машинка была испорчена и пришли чинить её спустя сутки. Никакого возмещения за испорченные вещи не было получено.
