Fantastic - I highly recommend this property for any families traveling in Florence/Tuscany area.
The property is very clean and spacious! Air conditioning and wifi was the best that we experienced during our trip. Parking is easy and convenient. The host was very helpful and thoughtful. She provided snacks and cold drinks in the fridge for our arrival. I encourage guest to explore the area as there are nice bakeries, restaurants and great supermarket close by. The kitchen is new and fantastic! The balcony was very nice for summer evening drinks outside. Great value for a family or two couples.
Only a minor comment in that the location requires a bus ride into Florence proper. I encourage guest to explore the area as there are nice bakeries and shops close by.

It was great, thanks for the hospitality!
It was great! The house is really big, new, clean and cozy. The hostess is so nice and kind. She was available to answer all our questions, patient and we felt that it was important to her that we had a good time. We arrived by car. There is free parking under the building. In terms of location - for us it was better because we didn't want to enter Florence by car. (We were two adults and a baby)
Everything was perfect for us! (Just note that there is no elevator in the building and there is no equipment for babies)

Tutto! Casa bella e ben arredata , grande, con tutti i comfort. Letti comodi, cucina completa, la proprietaria gentilissima lascia a disposizione anche riso, zucchero, sale e olio, biscotti, caffè e The. Zona ottima e parcheggio privato in cortile interno. Tramvia a 10 minuti. Grazie davvero di tutto
