Overall a good accommodation
Good location with direct tram connection to Florence center. The apartment had all the basic facilities needed for the stay. Also, the owner is friendly.
Exhaust in the washroom would be nice to have. Also a wardrobe in the bedroom is recommended

Exceptional
The house has a pretty big garden and a terrace on the second floor. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials plus some extras. The host was quick to respond. The house is about 10-15 min walk from the tram station that will take you straight to the heart of Florence. The area is also very nice. The AC worked great, temperature reached 36 C during our stay, but it was nice and cool inside the house. Overall, we really enjoyed the house, it felt very authentic to the region.
