The beautiful Florence

We were greeted by a smiling and friendly host who we could understand, although he spoke Italian. He showed us all the rooms and facilities. What he couldn't explain, her son told us in English over the phone. Although it was a Sunday, they were very patient to explain everything we wanted to know. The location has 3 bathrooms, one for each room, very useful for a larger group. From the window, you can see the public parking lot where we left our car, a minivan that exceeded the required dimensions of the private parking lot (500 m away) indicated by the host. Nice kitchen, sufficiently equipped for one night as we stayed. We paid 33 Euro (city tax) directly to the host on arrival. Got a bill for tbat. Even being next to the road, the area is quiet and close to the bus stop that will take you to the pedestrian center where you can enjoy exceptional cultural wonders.

The apartment itself is old, yet the host is helpful and communicative.

The host is super helpful and welcoming us at midnight remotely. (Make sure we checked in after 12 Am) The apartment itself is below expectation. The apt definitely needs some work. The restroom and bedrooms are out of dated. The cleaning is okay, but not sufficient. There is mosquito. We do appreciate what the host has done for us, but I want my review to be objective. Miss some essentials such as shampoo and lighter. Host was able to get to us for the second day. The location is sort of convenience. We used the public transportation to get to the center of city. Overall, the apartment is acceptable, if you only want to stay briefly. If the host updates the apartment, I would give 10 score.

Correcto

El alojamiento es amplio. Es un departamento con 3 habitaciones cada una tiene su baño correspondiente (con su propia llave), menos el dormitorio 1 que tiene su baño en suite) Nosotros éramos 3 personas y estuvimos solo dos noches, durante estos días estuvimos solos por lo tanto tuvimos total libertad de uso de las instalaciones. El alojamiento no es céntrico aunque llegar al centro es muy facil: 1. Hay parada de bus hacia el centro a 200 metros y para cuando regresas la parada está en frente del alojamiento 2. Caminando es casi que una línea recta y sales al centro. Imposible perderse El alojamiento es espacioso, camas cómodas y limpio. Fuimos en febrero y no pasamos frío ya que está bien calefaccionado. La señora que nos recibió es muy amable aunque no sabe hablar otro idioma que el italiano. Nada que con un traductor no se pueda solucionar. Recomiendo este lugar? Si, está bien por su precio y lo que ofrece. Pero personalmente creo que buscaría algo más cerca del centro aunque tuviese que pagar un poco más. En líneas generales, el alojamiento cumplió absolutamente con todo. Muchas gracias 💛

Quando siamo arrivati, la persona che ci aveva dato appuntamento era già disponibile in attesa per poterci dare le chiavi e farci entrare alla struttura

L'unico punto che potremmo far notare che la signora che doveva riordinare l'appartamento entrata senza bussare usando le sue chiavi soltanto questo è l'unica cosa che potremmo fare evidenziare

Apartamento confortável e funcional para minha família com 6 adultos. O anfitrião mandou um pdf com dicas importantes de transporte e alimentação. Pra ir ao centro, você pode caminhar 10 minutos até uma estação de tramvia ou então pegar um ônibus que passa praticamente na porta da casa (pesquisar no google). Wifi e água quente funcionaram bem.

Único ponto negativo é o que eu já tinha visto em outras avaliações aqui: em 2 dos 3 banheiros a área de banho é extremamente apertada e ainda tem o inconveniente da cortina molhada encostando no corpo. Tirando esse detalhe, pode ir de olhos fechados!

Ideal für einen preiswerten Besuch in Florenz!

Eine schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern mit großen , bequemen Doppelbetten. Eines mit En-Suite-Bad, zwei weitere Bäder für die anderen Zimmer, außerdem eine Küche mit Balkon. Ideal das ganz neue Parkhaus in der Nähe (ca. 400 m), wo man 24 Stunden für nur 9 € parken kann. Quasi vor der Tür eine Reihe von Bussen ins Zentrum, noch einfacher, wenn auch in ca. 1 km entfernt, die neue Tram, die in 5 Minuten direkt in die Altstadt fährt.. Der Vermieter war extrem freundlich und schickte ein paar Tage vor der Ankunft per WhatsApp alle wichtigen Informationen und eine detaillierte Wegbeschreibung. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch für Familien oder kleine Gruppen!

Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro (fermata mezzi pubblici vicina). Parcheggio pubblico comodo. Gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host (ci ha dato l'appartamento in anticipo).

La casa e l'arredamento sono essenziali e datati. L'appartamento è stato adeguato per avere tre camere e tre bagni e presenta numerosi dislivelli. I bagni sono molto piccoli e da ristrutturare. La biancheria è vecchia. La pulizia non è adeguata.

L'appartamento risulta come "A Beautiful Florence", invece del nome riportato su Booking. Non a tutti vengono date la chiavi di casa, dato che alcune erano state smarrite. L'host si lamenta dei precedenti clienti che avevano lasciato l'appartamento molto sporco nei precedenti giorni. Le porte delle stanze erano ricoperte di polvere, il letto presentava numerosi capelli sopra di esso (soprattutto le coperte in aggiunta messe a disposizione). L'armadio della mia camera non era fornito di asse dove poter appendere i panni ed il ripiano era pieno di scatole varie, il che lo rendeva inutilizzabile. All'interno del comodino, il primo giorno, ho trovato una bottiglia di uno spumante vuota. Il bagno scaricava a fatica, tanto da dover spesso accompagnare lo scarico con lo scopettino. Sotto al lavandino era presente uno spazzolino con una spugnetta, molto sporchi, mentre la piletta del lavandino stesso era semi-otturata da un fazzoletto di carta. Anche la doccia presentava vari capelli all'interno, e diverse mattonelle erano rotte, il che ha reso l'utilizzo della doccia praticamente impossibile per noi durante l'interezza dell'alloggio; era presente un tappeto in plastica da stendere sul pavimento della doccia, ma per questioni di igiene abbiamo preferito evitare di utilizzare. Il filtro del bagno era pieno di polvere. Inoltre era impossibile utilizzare l'acqua calda contemporaneamente tra i vari bagni. Un giorno è addirittura riuscita fuori dell'acqua dalla piletta della mia doccia, mentre dall'altro bagno un mio amico stava utilizzando il lavandino. Chiudendo il rubinetto del lavandino l'acqua è riscesa... Abbiamo trovato delle briciole sui tavoli il primo giorno in cucina e dei bicchieri pieni d'acqua su un ripiano. La cappa era sporca e il forno era lercio, inutilizzabile. Le caffetterie, il tostapane e il bollitore forniti erano sporchi e arrugginiti. Alcune parti del soffitto erano coperte da scotch.

Apto cómodo para dormir solamente y para grupos entre 5 y 6 personas

Tuvimos 3 habitaciones y 3 baños para 5 personas, todo el apartamento a nuestra disposición.

Que dado que es un apartamento con 3 habitaciones y un baño por fuera de la habitación para cada una, no tienes privacidad al entrar y salir del cuarto y del baño. La cocina no es suficiente ni en espacio ni en dotación para cocinar, y mucho menos si coincidieran los huéspedes de cuartos diferentes para cocinar. Estaba en el comedor tomando el desayuno cuando entraron 2 hombres sin previo aviso al apartamento, sacaron y entraron bolsas con toallas y ropa de cama y salieron nuevamente, como no conocía el idioma no pude preguntar nada, pero no me gustó el hecho. El ruido de los autos en la calle por fuera del apartamento es muy alto, en caso de que quieras dormir con ventanas abiertas es imposible
