Clean, modern, well equipped lovely flat.

2 beds and 2 baths apartment, in residential area, very clean, modern and with all necessities: coffee machine and pods, washer/dryer, towels, toiletries. Very comfortable stay and easy stay. The tram is across the street which takes you to train station and city centre in 12 minutes. In the other direction it takes you to the city main bus station.There is a supermarket across the street, lovely baker downstairs and a coffee shop.

Tram stop is right in front the apartment building, in about 10 mins away from city center entry point (Santa Maria Della Novella). The car parking is behind the apartment building, in a restricred access open space. There is a supermarket right across the street and a small bakery in the same building.

Alojamiento muy recomendable.

El apartamento esta muy bien equipado y recién reformado, muchos detalles de bienvenido como capsulas de café, pastillas para lavavajillas, jabón lavadora ..... Está ubicado un en barrio tranquilo y bien comunicado con el centro, utilizando el tramvia que para justo enfrente. En los bajos del edificio hay una panadera y en frente un supermercado. Pizzerias y bares muy cerca.

La bañera es muy alta y no tiene mampara ni cortina, por lo que solamente utilizamos la ducha. La habitación de dos camas, estas hacen un poco de ruido.

바로앞에 트램이있어 너무 편리해요 길건너편에는 마트가 있어요 옷장이 넓고 넉넉한 옷걸이가 있어 편했어요 지정주차하는 곳이 있고 문이 닫혀있어 안전해요 같은건물에 맛있는 빵집이 있어요 엘레베이터가 있어 편리해요 트램을 탈때 사람이 너무 많으면 반대방향으로 2,3정거장 타고가서 반대로 타고오면 앉아서 올수있어요 앉아오면 소매치기도 안전!! 세탁기와 건조기가 있었고 ‘삼성’제품이라 너무 만족했어요!!!

첫날 따뜻한물이 안나와서 호스트한테 연락했는데 온수를 켜는 장치가 있어 해결되었어요 날씨가 추웠는데 집이 너무 추웠어요 특히 싱글베드가 있는방은 더 추웠어요 식탁보는 구멍나고 찢어져있어 빨리 바꿔야할것 같아요

Accueil sympathique par Cristina. Parking dans la cour de l’immeuble. Avec portail sécurisé. Commerces à proximité. Appartement très agréable, au 3 éme étage avec ascenseur. Prestations de qualité. Au pied de l’immeuble, arrêt du tramway pour se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Florence. (1,7€).

Un tout petit bémol sur les lits jumeaux d’une des 2 chambres. Lits bas et matelas moyennement confortables, parfaits pour des enfants, un peu moins pour des adultes.

Parqueo separado del edificio y la ENERGIA SE CORTO varias veces... No podías prender Horno y Cocina al mismo tiempo...

Acomodação é ótima , correspondeu a expectativa, com muito conforto e facilidade de acesso e locomoção , local tranquilo com serviços próximos, anfitriã gentil e pronta aos questionamentos.

Zeer ruim en compleet appartement, kortom FANTASTISCH

Het appartement is zeer ruim, heeft 2 badkamers, 2 grote slaapkamers, zeer complete en ruime keuken. Door de rolluiken blijft het heerlijk donker in de slaapkamers. Mooie ruime privé parking. Tramhalte voor de deur.

De prijs is misschien iets aan de hoge kant, maar wanneer je krijgt hier dan ook wel veel voor terug.

Идеальная квартира! Все очень удобно и продумано до мелочей. Трамвай прямо перед домом, чтоб доставить вас в центр. Парковка авто бесплатно во дворе, ворота закрываются.

Appartamento splendido con finiture di alto livello. Doppi servizi. Pulizia. Ogni confort.

Posizione ottima, fuori dal caos del centro, di fronte a grande supermarket e di fronte al tram che ogni 5 minuti conduce direttamente in centro. Doppi balconi. Appartamento con tutti i confort (televisore grande schermo, aria condizionata, doccia e vasca, elettrodomestici nuovi, ascensore, posto auto riservato).

Alcune pentole vecchie. Problema segnalato, ritengo che verranno sostituite visto l'alto livello dell'appartamento.
