Our bright and welcoming T&F HOUSE apartment has just been completely renovated, and everything is brand new.
It is strategically located near the well-known Torregalli Hospital in Scandicci.
Furnished in a functional and tasteful manner, it offers all the comforts to travelers from around the world.
Just a few steps from the property, you’ll find the bus stop where the No. 6 bus takes you to the center of Florence and back in about 15 minutes.
If you decide to walk, in about ten minutes you’ll reach the Nenni Torregalli tram stop, which connects you to the center of Florence (about 10 minutes) on one side and the center of Scandicci (about 3 minutes) on the other.
The city offers excellent bike, scooter, kick scooter, and car-sharing services.
If you’re traveling by car, you can reach the center of Scandicci in about 3 minutes; it’s 5 minutes from the A1, the Fi-Pi-Li, and the airport.
T&F HOUSE is very convenient for visiting attractions, yet it’s located away from the busiest areas, making the apartment ideal for any type of trip!

The property features a bright space with two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with a large two-person sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spotless, cozy bathroom.
Each bedroom is equipped with large blackout curtains, air conditioning, and double-paned windows to block out street noise; in the living room, you’ll find a state-of-the-art TV. Also at your disposal: a washing machine, hair dryer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, iron, Wi-Fi, safe, and other amenities. The outdoor balcony is equipped with everything you need for doing laundry.
The surrounding area offers free parking; you can reserve a dedicated parking spot for an additional fee of €15 per stay, payable upon arrival. In case of a delayed arrival, you can receive a remote entry code upon prior notification, at no additional cost.
