If you don't have to be close the the histori center, this is a good choice

WONDERFUL 🤩

Everything... I liked it... very quiet apartment, in a green area and with private parking. We took the car to go to the center and in 5/10 minutes max... we were already there to historic center. The house has everything to make your stay comfortable, as if it were your own home, impeccably clean. The hosts are always available for any questions and advice. Super

Great communication from host. Easy commute into Florence via Bus (short walk from apartment). Fully equipped kitchen and amenities (I.e washing machine). Would recommend and stay again.

I liked Antonio's hospitality. He was very kind and helpful. The appartment has everything you need to cook if you want, it has a convenient washing machine. The appartment wqas clean and neat. We are 6 people in our family and our stay was very confortable. There are plenty restaurants around. the area is safe and clean. The bus stop is really close to get to Florence's historic center. Highly recommendable. Antonio's hospitality makes a big difference

Los días que nos encontramos en Florencia fueron un poco lluviosos pero pudimos hacer las cosas.

La Ubicación ideal !!! y el desayuno no tuve porque era un Departamento completo con todas las comodidades para realizarlo uno .. Ideal para un grupo Familiar.

Por de pronto nada en particular. Me pareció ideal el departamento y nos encontramos muy a gusto toda la familia.

Appartamento spazioso Ho incontrato parte della mia famiglia qui in Italia..e ci siamo sentiti come a casa Ampio spazio per parcheggiare più auto e anche parcheggio privato gratuito Molto pulito l' appartamento Ottima posizione..in 5 minuti eravamo al consolato Americano, dove abbiamo parcheggiato l' auto e visto tutto il centro storico di Firenze Super top

Dolce vita a Firenze

Appartement à proximité d’un arrêt de bus permettant d’aller à florence sans prendre la voiture. Un parking sécurisé à l’intérieur de la résidence le tout proche de l’aéroport. L’accès à l'appartement se fait par un ascenseur (5ème étage). La résidence est très propre et silencieuse. Le logement est très confortable. La Literie est très confortable et de grandes dimensions. L’équipement de la cuisine est suffisamment. L’hôte nous avait laissé des capsules de café dolce gusto a discrétion. Nous avons réapprovisionné quand même.

Meravigliosa Miriam House

L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquillissima di Firenze, a una ventina circa di minuti di macchina dal centro storico. Nelle vicinanze c'è di tutto, da LIDL a Esselunga, tabacchini, farmacie, Risparmio Casa e diversi ristoranti. Il padrone di casa, Antonio con Debora sono stati disponibilissimi per ogni richiesta, anche la più piccola e ci hanno fatti sentire coccolati e seguiti. La casa è moderna, dotata di un condizionatore in ogni ambiente; a disposizione anche una lavasciuga utilissima e la lavastoviglie. Il soggiorno è luminoso e impreziosito da delle carinissime luci led che creavano un'atmosfera di "casa" tale che la mia figlia più piccola, di 10 anni, non sarebbe voluta andare via. Comodo il parcheggio interno anche se, forse complice il mese di agosto, si trova facilmente pure sulla strada. Credo proprio che da oggi in poi, per ogni eventuale ritorno in zona, cercheremo per prima cosa che Miriam House sia libera e prenotabile.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet: Großzügige, saubere, voll klimatisierte Räume mit guter Ausstattung und schnellem WLAN. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung durch öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln ins Zentrum ( 3 Minuten bis zur Bushaltestelle), und mit einem kostenlosen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten jederzeit mit dem Vermieter, der sich immer wieder selbst erkundigte ob alles in Ordnung ist, Kontakt aufnehmen. Alle Fragen wurden in Rekordzeit beantwortet. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Rapporto qualità prezzo: ECCEZIONALE ho dormito con mio marito presso questa struttura, immersa nella tranquillità. La casa è grande , fresca e accogliente! Dotata di ogni tipo di comfort, per stare pochi giorni o anche intere settimane ha tutto il necessario per rendere il vostro soggiorno, come se fosse a casa vostra. L' host Antonio disponibile a qualsiasi informazione e cerca di accontentare ogni richiesta, davvero speciale. OTTIMO anche per chi ha cani o animali, Antonio offre per loro un bel kit di benvenuto. Posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare la Toscana, o che viene dall' aeroporto molto vicino Bus a pochi metri per raggiungere il centro storico in 10/12 minuti Pulizia dell' appartamento eccellente. Consigliatissimo!

Soggiorno da 10 e lode: comfort, pulizia impeccabile e disponibilità straordinaria.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro amici in questo splendido appartamento e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Gli spazi sono ampi, luminosi e arredati con gusto: ogni dettaglio, dai piccoli accessori in cucina alla cura degli arredi, contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera accogliente. La pulizia era impeccabile e il Wi‑Fi ultraveloce ci ha permesso di restare sempre connessi. La posizione è ideale: in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile sia con mezzi propri che con il trasporto pubblico. In pochi minuti abbiamo potuto muoverci agevolmente verso il centro storico grazie alla fermata principale nelle vicinanze. All’arrivo ci ha accolti una collaboratrice del proprietario, estremamente educata e disponibile, che ci ha fornito una piantina della zona con indicate la fermata del bus per il centro, il supermercato più vicino e alcuni locali consigliati per la colazione. Anche se il proprietario era in vacanza, è stato sempre reperibile via chat: non possiamo che ringraziarlo per la straordinaria disponibilità e competenza, rispondendo in tempi record a ogni nostra domanda e dandoci preziosi suggerimenti su dove parcheggiare – fondamentale per chi non è pratico della città, soprattutto durante eventi come il Firenze Rocks. In sintesi, un alloggio da 10 e lode: perfetto per chi cerca comfort, autonomia e assistenza rapida e puntuale. Consigliatissimo, e alla prossima a Firenze torneremo senz’altro qui!

Oltre le mie aspettative

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento nel cuore di Firenze! La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, ma in una zona tranquilla e caratteristica, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. L’appartamento è arredato con gusto, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort, dalla cucina ben attrezzata al Wi-Fi veloce. Il letto era comodissimo e abbiamo dormito benissimo, anche grazie alla quiete della zona. Un tocco in più è stata l’ospitalità dei padroni di casa: disponibili, accoglienti e attenti a ogni dettaglio. Ci hanno fornito ottimi consigli su ristoranti, musei e itinerari meno turistici, rendendo la nostra esperienza ancora più autentica. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere Firenze in modo comodo, elegante e rilassato. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Appartamento in zona tranquilla con molto verde circostante ,ma con tutti i servizi a 5 min a piedi dal supermercato al bus per il centro di Firenze. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo le stanze sono ampie e la casa e pulita. Capitolo a parte il proprietario ,Antonio disponibilissimo a qualsiasi esigenza è venuto ad accoglierci al nostro arrivo e ci ha dato ogni tipo di indicazione e consigli sul mangiare ,sul parcheggio in centro ecc.. veramente top . molto consigliato

Przestronny, dobrze wyposażony apartament

Apartament ma dwie, dobrze oddzielone od siebie sypialnie, dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię i wiele innych udogodnień. Okolica jest spokojna i bezpieczna. Gospodarz jest bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Dziękujemy Antonio!
