A cozy apartment for two, perfect for a weekend city trip.

The apartment was very nice and spacious, and the interior very modern. The bed was very comfortable, the host made sure to supply towels and household appliances for everything, and the communication with the host was easy and straightforward.

The instructions for the appliances (specifically, for the washing machine) were all presented in Italian, which made understanding difficult and required the use of an online translator.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Florence and Tuscany

Trash bins. As its in Italian and you need to recicle, we were lost where we should put papers/glass and etc Would be good to have stickers or different colour for trash bags All the rest is 10/10

It was a pleasant stay in a very lovely apartment. Highly recommended!

The apartment was well decorated and really felt like home. I loved the light colour scheme and the fact that all details matched. There was a Netflix installed in TV and it was already logged on, which was a great bonus :)

The amount of washing machine capsules was limited, and so were the tea, coffee and sugar options, but this didn't bother as there was enough of everything.

Great location to visit Florence.

The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay, including a cooktop, Nespresso mc and washing machine! It is located by the tramline giving direct access to central Florence, it is also near to local shops and cafes.

Exceptional

This place was an excellent choice for our stay. Classy, clean and convenient. It may be 15-20 min from the train station but the location is on the tram stop. No walking. It is modern and quite. The host is very cooperative, organized, responsive and a pleasent person. There are restaurants in neighborhood which are far reasonable and relaxed compared to the touristic area.

Cozy apartment with great location!

Very clean, well-equipped and cozy studio apartment. The location was perfect, right on the tram station which takes you to the city center. We had a great time in Florence and enjoyed our stay there! Highly recommended!

Nice and very clean appartment. Perfect for a visit to Florence city centre.

The place was very clean and tidy. Perfect when you are traveling by car. There is a free parking spot 1 street away from the appartment. You can see the building from the parking lot. The location is perfect for a visit to Florence. There is a tramvia stop literally in front of the building. You don’t hear the tram in the appartment because it is on the other side. Tramvia to the city centre is about 15-20 minutes and cost 1.50€ for a 90 min card. The owner gave us a welcome and was very nice. The appartment is very new and has a kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. The WIFI is super fast!! And you can watch tv or Netflix if you like. Bed is comfortable.

Świetny pobyt- chętnie tam wrócimy

Nowoczesny apartament tuż przy przystanku tramwajowym. Spokojnie i cicho w nocy. Czysto i komfortowo. Duży plus za pralkę. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Dwa przystanki dalej hipermarket. Rewelacyjny kontakt z właścicielem.

Małe rzeczy: w październiku nie działa klimatyzacja ani ogrzewanie. Brakuje zelazka i suszarki na pranie.

Joli studio très confortable

Joli studio bien équipé, procédures arrivée et départ bien expliquées. Hôte réactif et sympathique, plein de petites attentions dans le studio, eau fraiche bien appréciée. Tram au bas de l'immeuble, centre de Florence en 20 mn (direct).

Le logement est bien insonorisé mais on entend le bruit certains soirs du bar situé au RDC.

Lindo departamento en Florencia

Hermoso departamento ubicado en Florencia, con tranvía saliendo del edificio. Con todas las facilidades y comodidades para sentirte en casa.

Nosotros llegamos a Florencia en tren a las 9:30am, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 5:00pm para poder ingresar. Cuando ya estas cansado y cargando maletas, sería de mucha utilidad un check in a partir de las 2:00pm

Soggiorno piacevole in un appartamento pulitissimo.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo appartamento. La pulizia era davvero impeccabile, uno degli aspetti che più ho apprezzato. L’ambiente è tranquillo e ben curato. C’erano acqua e capsule di caffè a disposizione, un bel gesto di accoglienza. Purtroppo la macchina del caffè non funzionava perfettamente, ma non è stato un grande problema. Avrei voluto restare più a lungo, ma l’appartamento era già prenotato per i giorni successivi. Il prezzo per notte mi è sembrato un po’ alto, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Grazie al proprietario per l’ospitalità!

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf van één week hier. Alle was top: de locatie, proper en mooi appartement, airco en wasmachine, gratis koffie en thee, duidelijke instructies vooraf. Ik zou hier zo nogmaals logeren! Dikke aanrader!

Tutto perfetto

Molto pulito, accogliente, con tutto ciò che potrebbe servire. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione strategica a pochi minuti da Firenze, prendendo il tram che si trova sotto all’appartamento proprio per arrivare in centro ci impiega circa una mezzoretta. In zona ci sono bar, ristoranti e negozi.

Modern, netjes en je hoort geen lawaai van buiten. Je stapt de deur uit, zo de tram in naar Florence. Ideaal.

Je kunt vlak bij het appartement vrij parkeren, maar overdag is alles bezet. S’avonds vonden we er wel een parkeerplekje.

Firenze....senza stress!

L'appartemento è posizionato in una bella zona di Scandicci e a pochi passi c'è la fermata del tram per Firenze, assolutamente comodissima. Il parcheggio gratuito si trova a circa 50mt, praticamente l'auto non la usi per niente. Di positivo la pulizia, l'ambiente spazioso e la completezza degli arredi essenziali,lavastoviglie compresa. Attrezzato di tutto per un piacevole soggiorno. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore e per giunta è di nuova costruzione. Ottimo il depliant che si trova con tutte le istruzioni utili all'utilizzo dell'appartamento. Complimenti al proprietario.

Se proprio voglio trovare un difetto,la mancanza di zanzariere alle finestre. Aprendo per far cambiare aria, qualche insetto entra sempre.
