Great for jumping on the tram into the centre

The house was lovely and warm with plenty of hot water for showers, comfortable living room with plenty of seating for us all. We were happy we had a washing machine to use and the kitchen was fully equipped.

We struggled a little for parking in the area but as it was Xmas time I guess more people were at home. The other thing was the 2 different types of plug sockets which we are not used to and we couldn't get everything charged as the adaptors didn't;t fit in most of them.

Friendly owner, clean and well kept apartment.

Very homely, the host had put some sugar buns, milk and water on the table when we arrived. That was very kind since next day we had it for breakfast. The cleaning lady forgot to switch on the heating and the house was very cold when we entered and took awhile to heatup the house but the host was very apologetic and offered an extra day to stay for free. We could not take up the offer since next day we were heading to another city but it was very kind of the host. We had a car and were able to find street parking close-by. Also to get into town we took the car to Vialle Pietro Nenni which has a free parking and then T1 tram to florence.

It’s in a residential area, so loading and unloading luggage was a tad tedious. Also the apartment itself is in 2 levels and the rooms are on first floor. If you have heavy luggage, it is bit of a hassle to get them up the stairs. It was ok for us but something to consider.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful house

We really liked the communication all the way through, the welcome gifts, the space, high-quality furnishings, lots of cleaning products, recycling possibilities, tupperware for lunches and a washing machine.

The property is a little way out of the centre of Florence. Because both sun shades were broken we couldn't sit out on the terrace.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood outside of Florence with easy access to the city with public transport. The apartment has enough space for a family of 5 people. The place is very clean and the owner is very friendly and helpful

Very accommodating for more than 3 people!

This was one of the largest places we stayed while in Italy for a month. Host was quick to answer any of our questions, give us advice on places to go, and was quick to address any problems. We will definitely stay there again.

This was the best accommodation I had so far. It was clean, spacious, well equipped, 2 toilets, big terrace, big living room with couches. The bathroom was really modern and there was everything a person need. Recommended! At first it was a problem to find a parking lot, but we managed this as well

Muy acogedora y con todos los servicios.

Solo lo habíamos cogido para una noche ya que íbamos haciendo ruta y todo fue ideal, desde la comunicación con Claudio para hacer el checking, muy atento y muy amable, me ayudó un montón explicándome bien los transportes cercanos, lo que me iba bien para acercarme desde la estación, ya que no iba en coche, llegamos muy bien. Lo tengo guardado porque pienso volver a Florencia, y espero tenga la suerte de repetir.

Buen lugar

La casa está totalmente equipada, es amplia, luminosa y tranquila. La zona es agradable y a unos minutos es comercial.. La casa queda a unos 25 minutos en metro del centro de Florencia y el metro queda a unos 12 minutos caminando desde la casa (Línea T1). También hay una ruta de autobús (ruta 26 0 27) que está a 4 minutos caminando, ambas rutas llegan directamente al centro. Esto permite explorar y conocer el sector y los alrededores de Florencia, que a mí personalmente me gusta más ya que no se queda uno solo con la parte turística.

Ottima soluzione

Posizione ottima, Scandicci a 15min da Firenze, e zona tranquilla, parcheggio a pochi metri. Tutto era a nostra disposizione, compresa lavatrice, lavastoviglie e aria condizionata. Siamo stati molto bene.

Solo il materasso e i cuscini. Installerei zanzariere, ma nulla di che.

A atención de Claudio inmellorable!! Sempre disposto a axudar. O apartamento, que é un pareado, tén todo o necesario para estar cómodos 4 adultos. Dúas habitacións grandes, ámbalas 2 con aire acondicionado independente; un baño entre elas bastante grande. A cociña moi equipada e unha sala ampla con aseo. Xenial.
