We didn’t receive the instructions to get in the apartment right away, so we were waiting for a long time outside until he sent us the code to get in (no, we didn’t receive it via email as he had said)

Comfortable apartment for a week

The location was good, in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants around and a supermarket just in front. The apartment was spacious and with plenty of light.

Entering the apartment was annoying because there was a problem with the codes and the keys were missing, but eventually the owners came in and solved the issue.

Spacious & Clean, Needs Comfort Improvements

A beautiful, clean apartment situated in a quiet area. I particularly loved the high walls and spacious rooms, complete with a big balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an oven and microwave, which was very convenient. Its location was ideal, being close to a tram station and Visarno Arena / Cascine Park.

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a heatwave, and the apartment only had small fans instead of air conditioning, which made sleeping quite difficult. Without mosquito nets on the windows, we couldn't leave them open at night for ventilation. Additionally, the bed was a bit uncomfortable due to what felt like an older mattress. Considering these points, I personally felt the apartment was overpriced!

SCONSIGLIO IL SOGGIORNO IN QUESTA STRUTTURA PER LA PESSIMA ASSISTENZA E LA MANCANZA DI COMFORT.

· Alloggio in periferia ma fermata della tramvia comoda per il centro

Il balcone era ricoperto di escrementi e piume di piccione (tengo le fotografie a disposizione) e non è stato possibile aprire la porta finestra perché le piume sporche di escrementi entravano in casa : all'immediato reclamo è stato risposto che senz'altro sarebbero venuti l'indomani a pulire ma non si è MAI VENUTO NESSUNO e il balcone è rimasto così sempre sporchissimo!!!! Nella cucina mancavano bicchieri, spugnette e asciugapiatti. Nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia e benvenuto e l'acqua del rubinetto aveva un gusto orribile! Tutti i negozi e i bar dintorno erano chiusi per festività. Nel terzo letto le lenzuola erano fuori misura. E' stato un regalo fatto a mia figlia e alla sua famiglia: che gran brutta figura!

La porte pouvait seulement s'ouvrir à l'arrivée en cliquant sur un lien qui nécessitait la connexion internet. J'ai du mendier chez les voisins pour qu'on me partage leur internet. Vraiment système à améliorer car tout le monde n'a pas l'internet en tant que touriste. 2) N'ayant pas non plus un numéro local pour appeler les taxis, la seul moyen pour réserver un taxi pour un vol très tôt le matin, le gestionnaire a dit qu'ils ne peuvent absolument rien faire. Or, c'est une chose qui se fait très facilement dans les hôtels. Du coup, j'ai dû chercher loin pour avoir quelqu'un pouvant m'appeler un taxi à 4h du matin car les taxis ne peuvent pas réserver non plus. Points à prendre en considération si vous êtes dans des situations pareilles. Merci

Sicuramente lo consiglio e ci ritornerei

Ottima posizione per potersi muovere e raggiungere il centro di Firenze dalla fernata tram talenti che è vicinissima Un market proprio sotto casa e servizi di ogni genere nelle prime vicinanze

Un po’ polveroso… qualche presa tripla in più per far funzionare contemporaneamente fornetto bollitore e macchina da caffè… balcone con troppe penne di piccioni… sono presenti costantemente al piano di sopra e ciò comporta la perenne chiusura delle tapparelle del balcone

Da dimenticare

L'unica cosa che questo appartamento ha è la vicinanza alla stazione talenti.

Non fidatevi delle foto. L'appartamento è scomodo, la prenotazione è stata fatta per 4 persone ed invece è stata configurata per 3, e devo dire a strento, mancava un set completo di asciugamanti, ed un cuscino. non era stato preparato il divano letto, lo abbiamo dovuto fare noi ed anche reperire le lenzuola non è stato semplice, Il servizio clienti non risponde al telefono ma solo via chat ed io l'ho trovato scomodo. Palmi di polvere sui comodi, ed il balcono in uno stato pietoso.

Posizione perfetta, a due passi dalla fermata del tram e di fronte al supermercato. Stanze grandi e comode, pulizia ottima. Un buon punto di riferimento per visitare Firenze.

Hermosa Florencia!

Amplio departamento. Cama cómoda, ropa de cama nueva. Los armarios amplios, aunque huelen.... Cuenta con variados electrodomésticos, pero sin enchufes adaptados... El control remoto del TV sin funcionar, pilas? Muy permeable a los ruidos de vecinos y viceversa...
