Nice photos but not what we experienced. A nice apartment but poorly outfitted and maintained. With only minimal effort,
The bed
The washer didn’t work, the gas stove didn’t light, no coffee pot or toaster. Had to request a dish cloth and towel. Poorly stocked kitchen. Kitchen floor was filthy

My friends and I had a very pleasant stay in Florence. The apartment was extremely comfortable. It was a very beautiful walk along the river into the city centre if you are willing to brave the cardio workout. Netflix on the TV under the aircon in the evenings made up for the exercise throughout the day.
Unfortunately we were unable to connect to the wifi during our stay. My message to the property manager asking for assistance was read but I received no response, so that was disappointing. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to small groups and couples travelling.

Frustrated about how far it was from tourist areas and lack of available transportation.
LOTS of space, comfortable beds.
Location is not good for touring around intown Florence. Very difficult to navigate transportation from the apartment to in town tourist locations. While it's spacious, the place needs a good deep cleaning.

die Größe der Appartement, ruhige Gegend.
Gestank vom ehemaligen Rauchen, extremer Staub, vermüllte Balkone, Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht, fehlende Leuchtmittel in Tischlampen, schreckliches blauweißes Licht der Deckenlampen, nur eine Synthetische Decke für beide Personen, Hängekissen am Bett extrem staubig, viele Mücken und kein funktionierens Mittel dagegen, extrem (!) schmutzige Fenster, kaputte Ausstattung (Herd, Klobrille), nur 1 Tablette für den Geschirrspüler und nur ein kleines synthetisches Küchentuch, keine Küchentücher, oder Lappen mit denen man Tische abwischen könnte. Schäbiges Badezimmer, zu kurzer Duschschlauch, billigster Duschkopf. Die Duschglaswand ist gegen einen schmutzigen Duschvorhang ersetzt. Kurz gesagt, für 100€/Nacht ist an allem(!) gespart, außer lauter unnötiger Möbel. Nur 1 Schlüssel für beide Gäste.
Nachdem es in der Wohnung geraucht wurde, sollte man auf jeden Fall die Vorhänge waschen und evtl die Wände neu streichen - sonst stinkt es.
Akustik im Schlafzimmer wie in der Lagerhalle. Selbst als ich mitgeteilt habe, dass Staubzöpfe von der Deckenlampe runterhängt und ich allergisch bin, kam keine Reaktion vom Vermieter - weder Entschuldigung, noch wurde geputzt... Er war zwar sehr sympatisch, allerdings nur beim Check In. Wir mussten selbst den Staub entfernen.
Die Appartement macht den Eindruck einer abgenutzten untervermieteten WG.
Zum Einchecken musste man laut Mails ein Onlineformular ausfüllen mit lauter Daten und Passbildern. Abschließen kann man es eh nicht, wenn man keine Kreditkarte hat (was vorher nicht erwähnt ist, daher ninmt man mehrere Versuche vor und fängt jedes mal von vorne an). Das hat viel Zeit gekostet für Telefonate mit Booking und Kommunikation mitm Vermieter. Im Endeffekt war es gar nicht nötig - ging alles beim CheckIn, also die Zeit und Nerven gingen halt umsonst verloren.
Zur Stadt benötigt man fast 1 Stunde. Die öffentliche Transportverbindung ist sehr ausbaufähig. Nur mit Umsateigen mit Wartezeit gelangt man in die Stadt.
