La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche riparazione tipo condizionatore rumoroso alcune prese da sistemare una pulizia più accurata

Bon dans l'ensemble.
Situation idéale pour se rendre à Florence.
Ajouter par exemple une bouilloire. Voir le problème des clefs, un peu difficile pour entrer dans l'appartement. Et surtout permettre au locataire de pouvoir ouvrir de l'extérieur le grand portail, sans être obligé de passer par le petit portail en utilisant la clef afin d' appuyer sur le bouton noir (qui est à l'intérieur) et ainsi ouvrir ledit grand portail. Nous avons supposé que les résidents avaient un badge rendant ainsi plus facile l'ouverture du grand portail de l'extérieur. Par ailleurs, nous avons voulu mettre nos sacs poubelle dans les bennes qui se trouvent dans la rue près de la résidence, mais là aussi il fallait un badge pour y accéder;

Molto carino e super tranquillo
Appartamento inserito in un contesto bellissimo e a pochi passi dalla fermata dell'autobus che in 20 minuti porta dritto al centro di Firenze (anche se abbiamo riscontrato qualche difficoltà dovuta alla poca efficienza dei mezzi di trasporto pubblici fiorentini, con corse saltate e autobus non così frequenti). La struttura dispone di ampio parcheggio privato e nelle vicinanze sono presenti supermercati, bar e ristoranti.

Az ágyak kényelmetlenek, a párnák borzasztóak. Túlárazott az elhelyezkedés miatt.
Az elhelyezkedése nagyon jó a szállásnak.
A szomszéd iszonyatosan hangos. Nincs szúnyogháló, egész éjjel a szúnyogoktól szenvedtük, reggel tele csípésekkel. A hűtő ajtajàban ki volt törve a tárolónak az a része, ami megtartja az italokat. A mosogatóvan nem ment le a víz. Az edények koszosak voltak. Mem volt sajtreszelő, fedök, fakanál….a konyha részlegesen felszerelt. A kulcsokkal bagyon sokat bajlódtunk.

Appartement bien aménagé bien meublé calme et relié au centre ville par une ligne de bus directe. Place de parking dédié.
