Lovely clean room

Maxi was a great host. His flat was well decorated, very clean and secure. The balcony was lovely. We were very glad we stayed! Also, the coffee shop next door was cheap and made delicious coffee and sandwiches! We also felt safe in the flat and the local area as a same-sex couple.

It was usually two modes of transport (a tram and a bus) to get to the main sites in Florence. However, it was still very quick (30-40 minute journeys) or could be walked in around 1 hour.

Great experience!

We spent three nights at Casa Enea, and the place is fantastic! The room is larger than it looks in the photos, and the private bathroom is modern and perfectly sized. We had access to the kitchen and terrace, and the whole flat has been recently renovated — it’s clean, stylish, and comfortable. The host is very hospitable and welcomed us with a much-needed cup of coffee. Although he lives in the same flat, we barely saw each other, but whenever we needed something, he responded immediately. He also helped us arrange secure and free parking for our car, which we really appreciated. Just around the corner, there's a charming coffee shop serving excellent cappuccinos and fresh croissants — a perfect way to start the day.The supermarket (COOP) is only a 3-minute walk away, and the tram station is just 5 minutes from the flat. Getting to the city center is quick and easy by tram. We highly recommend Casa Enea! Thank you, Massimiliano!

Great place and wonderful hospitality

Massimiliano is a wonderful host. The room and the apartment was very clean. The location is very convenient if you don’t want to be packed in a busy touristic area and is only 15 minutes to the central train station by tram. We live in Asia and we got used to faucet bidet and whenever I can find one in Europe, I take it.

it's amazing, very clean, very well located in a nice quiet area, 5 minutes away from the tram, the owner is so welcoming, the facility itself gave the vibe of home. We were very happy and satisfied with the stay

Clean, modern, and calm.

Everything about Massi's residence is top notch, and he himself, is a fine gentleman. For those comfortable with public transportation, especially the Tram, then this is perfect. You escape the crowdedness of the city center and return to a beautiful apartment with a thoughtful host. The neighborhood is quiet and calm, it's not what you will be telling your friends about on your visit to Florence but you will tell them about the apartment. Everything is remodeled and modernized to the tee. Especially for a family or couple who don't want to be tied up in the chaos of the historic center of Florence, this is such a great option. You're less than a 5-minute walk to the tram and it takes you to the Santa Maria Novella station in 15-20 minutes.

Casa accogliente e appena ristrutturata, massima pulizia e cordialissimo il proprietario di casa. Nel palazzo c'è l'ascensore. Si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata della tramvia e ci sono parcheggi in zona gratuiti.

Perfecto para más de una noche, muy agradable

En un barrio no tan turístico, lo cuál perfecto para explorar y mezclarte con la gente local. Massimiliano encantador, nos recomendó sitios, tuvo detalles muy agradable. Super servicial. El apartamento es compartido pero a la vez guarda la privacidad. Todo muy comodo y lo que necesitas. Tiene terraza!

Cada cantinho traz aconchego

Confesso que estava um pouco receosa quando loquei o quarto, por ser em um ambiente compartilhado, mas fizemos a melhor escolha. Massimiliano e sua companheira foram incrivelmente simpáticos e solícitos. O ambiente é incrivelmente lindo (supera inclusive as fotos) cada decoração e cantinho traz muito aconchego. Tudo estava excepcionalmente limpo e cheiroso, dá pra notar a preocupação com o bem estar dos hóspedes, inclusive ganhamos um vinho de boas vindas. O apartamento conta com um banheiro super espaçoso, quarto com armário e local para trabalhar, sacada e também uma cozinha e sala compartilhada linda e com espaço para estender roupas (há uma lavanderia bem em frente a hospedagem). Amamos muito a nossa experiencia!

Magnífico alojamiento en Florencia

La habitación es maravillosa con cama confortable, baño amplio y cómodo, buenas toallas, televisor grande, buena decoración, balcón con vista bella al entorno y todo muy limpio. Massimiliano es un anfitrión encantador, fue muy atento y diligente en la comunicación y tuvo con nosotros buenos detalles que nos hicieron pasar una estancia fantástica. Hay buenas opciones de estacionamiento público de pago en el entorno y el edificio tiene ascensor. Tiene estación de tranvía a 3 cuadras, que lleva al centro en menos de 10 minutos.
