it was located nearby Florence and was very calm, the apartment could be easily accessed by the tramvia. also there's a center mall for groceries that is near by walk. the free parking is a lifesaver when going trip to Tuscany, also if you plan to rent a motorcycle you can leave it inside.
the bed is very soft and not the right dimension of mattress for the bed. The kitchen accessories could be better, there was a strange accessory for rinsing the water when making pasta almost burnt myself.

Well equipped apartment, easy communication with the host, quiet location, parking available nearby. Nice place to stay if you have no issues with stairs.
