An excellent place to stay

Private parking. This apartment met all my expectations. Clean. The owner took care to see that we were ok. He provided a large variety of food and wine and coffee. The metro was a short walk and took us to Florence center. I would stay here again

Exceptional

The host is very friendly and helpful. We were greatly welcomed. The fridge is filled with foods and drinks which is a great surprise for us. For that price you have one bedroom appartment with separated kitchen-living room, bathroom-toilets and bedroom and a balcony. That is plenfy of space and 2 air conditions. Thank you very much!

It takes 30 mins by trams to get to the central, which didn't bother us a lot.

Surprise and leisure

Totally better than I imagined. The landlord's attention to detail can make you feel his sincerity. The house is about half an hour away from the city center, quiet and livable, with complete facilities, as comfortable as at home. It is no exaggeration to say that this was the most comfortable two days I lived during my travels in Italy, and it will become my first choice for my next stay.

Apartment is comfortable and has all the facilities. Owner is very accommodating and the apartment has a stock of all necessary usueful things such as water, eggs and bread for breakfast. Owner even complemented us with a bottle of wine. We wished we could have spent more nights there. The tram service to city centre is also very convenient.

Everything was perfect and clean, the furnitures, equipments, kitchen tools and all the food and drinks to have a great breakfast. The owner was really gentle and helps you to have a perfect stay. The tramway is at 5 minutes walks, it bring you in Firenze city center in 20 minutes.

A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Hospitality

Everything was more than perfect. The arrangement, warm ambience and attention to detail from the carefully chosen furniture pieces and artwork on the walls in the apartment were excellent. All the equipments in the apartment were working fine. Also, provided some fresh groceries like milk, juice, bread, welcome drink etc. The host had thoughtfully provided all the necessary information to make my stay seamless and comfortable. His hospitality exceeded my expectations. He offered valuable recommendations for nearby attractions, and food and promptly address queries or concerns I had. Although the location is far from the city centre, it is well connected (500 meters from the tram station "de Andre"). The nearby kid's play area added an extra touch of enjoyment for my son. I appreciate the effort the host put into ensuring I had everything I needed and felt welcomed. I recommend this host to anyone seeking a superb and hassle-free experience.

Fantastic

Everything! The appartment is perfect, as it is not situated in the tourists overcrouded areas. Very close to a tram station, that will take you for 20 min to the City Center. The host, Paolo was very king and helpful. He gave us very helpful information about Florence, as well as outstanding proposals for restaurants (for dinner we had the Best Bisteca ala Firenze). The appartment is clean and neat, and has all the requred appliances (coffee machine, oven, hot plates, washing machine, iron, etc.) There is private parking spot Just around the corner. Thank you very much, Paolo, for sure we will come back.

The approach of the host is magnificent. He left us with full fridge, something I have never seem before. The. ocation is great for accessing both Florence by tram or Tuscany by highway. Even stores are close.

For a larger family, the additional beds are little less comfortable, but we managed well.

The hosts are very kind and helpful. They have an eye for small detail (like leaving some toys for the kids to play with). Very good connection with the centre of Florence.

Unfortunately the apartment is noisy, you can hear the neighbours above and beside, especially in the bedroom. One evening a football match was on and we heard screams and loud voices until late.

Duży i wygodny apartament. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, który czekał na nasz przyjazd i wszystko nam pokazał i wytłumaczył. Lodówka solidnie zaopatrzona. Blisko do piekarni, sklepu spożywczego i na przystanek tramwajowy, z którego w 25 minut dojeżdża się do centrum Florencji.

Définitivement , un super beau plan pour visiter Florence et ses alentours

-appartement parfait : spacieux, propre parfaitement équipé , on s’y sent très vite chez sois :-) , et le tout à une distance très raisonnable du tram à destination de Florence. - concernant La fréquence du tram, le maximum qu’on ait eu à attendre c’était 5 minutes !
