The towels were smelly The mattress and sheet is smelly the bathroom is dirty and the carpets dusty Didn’t provide any toiletries Please avoid if possible Paid $190 for such a bad room

Location was great, very convenient only 15 mins drive tot he Niagara's Falls and attractions.

Didn’t like that tub was not draining as it should and water was accumulating while you shower.

Everything, the room itself had stale smell and way too dusty Vanity and bathtub was not draining the water . AC unit , refrigerator was loud noise throughout the night Because of the dust it triggered allergies. Soundproofing of the room was pathetic as we could hear the people in adjacent rooms talking , doors shut loudly and even when they ran the water . I would not recommend anyone this property for family . I would not re

Cleanliness of room. No breakfast, no maintenance of facility. The door lock was not working. Hair dryer was not working. No enough toiletries

The tv didn’t work. The motel was in a horrible location. Price was ridiculous for what we got. We should’ve paid more for a hotel. The toilet was broken and loose. The shower was dirty and chipped.

Very good

The place was clean and quiet and it was located near some good restaurants and of course the Falls. We would stay there again.

My only objection was that I am a smoker and upon check-in I was asked not to smoke near the rooms. I had to walk out to the highway to smoke. I am an older woman and that was very uncomfortable for me. A small bench to sit on and an ashtray would have been appreciated. Please try to remember that smokers also pay rent.
