Clean hotel, great amenities, great value

Room and common areas all very clean. Good sound proofing. Didn't hear the other guests. Nice shower. Nice workout room. Great breakfast with lots of options (including waffles). Loved the pool! Terrific value for the low price that we paid.

Only complaint is that the fan on the heating/cooling unit in the room was a bit loud. And a tip is to not wait until the last minute to go to breakfast if you want the full selection.

Pleasant if you don’t have a choice

Location was good. Everything was closeby and parking was ample

Staff was rude. The cleaning staff started banging at our door at 11 and we were ready wearing our shoes and all, with two kids 5-10 mins here and there is so common. Breakfast staff had no empathy for anyone. She was just like eat at go fast. Breakfast was also mediocre. Just for one night tolerable but beyond that we would have gone crazy!

The reviews I read have this hotel a bad name. I was afraid to keep my reservation but it was so cheap. But I did and I’m glad that I did. The property was very clean and the lobby is estheticly pleasing. The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect if you are visiting the falls or if you want to go shopping etc. it was a great plus to have breakfast each morning as well. Eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit. The pool was very nice as well and was open each day. Great for families or couples.

The bed was just ok. The mattress hurt my hip as you feel the box spring if you are a side sleeper which is hard but it was ok for 3 days

GREAT value. This hotel seemed to be recently remodeled and they did a wonderful job. Everything was very clean thru out the hotel. Large area for breakfast which had the typical hotel breakfast food. Staff was friendly. Near lots of good places to eat. Quite. Comfortable bed.

Could have been worse and had to cancel my stay.

There was very bad smell coming out from one of the rooms and we had to go through it. Smell was unbearable. There was no help from the front desk to resolve this issue and that person was not very cooperative.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Hotel was pretty clean and comfortable for location and price.

I wish there was a comforter blanket instead of just an extra blanket. The breakfast I wish there were bagles and at least peanut butter for toast. Also noticed sausage was cold and turkey, not pork and the syrup was changed and didn't taste the same during the days I was there.

AC only worked on Friday; blow dryer only blew cold air; not a comfort height toilet; the fridge was on high but not very cold; and noisy!! Omg, kids running and screaming down the hallway; could feel the vibrations from people pulling their luggage past the door; people loud and obnoxious in the hallways, but that’s not your fault people have no manners; the place needs some major updating and sound proofing; and how on earth did those “ramps” pass inspection?!! Wow

Walls were paper thin and children ran up and down the halls yelling loudly for hours even late into the night. The area was sketchy and made me feel a bit nervous to leave my car parked outside.

A good no frills hotel for short stays with a decent breakfast.

The breakfast was OK. They have a good variety, including a breakfast buffet that includes eggs and sausage. They have waffle makers, so you can make your own waffles. The downside is that they only offer white bread—no wheat.

The rooms are dated, which is not really a big deal if you don't mind. What really didn't meet expectations was 1) none of the rooms had microwaves. There is only one main microwave in the breakfast area of the entire hotel. So it is very inconvenient to go all the way down to the breakfast room to heat something for the night and take it back to your room. Also, the refrigerators don't work very well. It takes a full 24 hrs for the refrigerators to reach only a cool temperature, even with the knob set all the way to the highest setting.

Both of the rooms that we rented smelled like mold one was updated with a walk-in shower one had a tub. The tub leaked from the bottom in the front onto the floor and the faucets flow was about 1 inch from the back of the sink so it was hard to get your hands in there to do anything. also the pool heater was broken so we did not get to enjoy it much
