It’s a good place to stay if you want something cheap and close to the Niagara Falls

The location was close to Niagara Falls the room was clean and restroom was clean.

The location was very close to the falls. Very affordable hotel room. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Room was clean and the tv was new. Wifi service was great

We didn't even spend the night here, we went to another hotel and just lost money for this one. Because even from the outside it was clear that this was not a place for a family holiday, some of the windows had plywood instead of glass. There, instead of a curtain in the windows, some kind of weaving was casually hanging, similar to a sheet.

A total mistake. I checked out the next day and found out I would not get back a partial refund.

Nothing about it. I was unaware of how notorious the location of this travel lodge is. It’s known as being a prostitution and drug dealing location. I sleep with my lights on for 2 reasons. To try and keep roaches or bed bugs at bay and for personal security. The area is so bad the owner keeps the office doors locked and you have to ring a door bell to get service.

Definitely adequate but subpar.

The room was clean, did not smell. Mattress was comfortable. Heat and hot water were fine. Nice warm blanket on bed. Flat-screen TV, microwave, small refrigerator all worked. Location in Niagara Falls just off the Grand Island Bridge was perfect for us. Manager was very helpful.

The room was very small-just wide enough to fit a queen bed, end table, and desk- and had a narrow window. The bed had blanket and fitted sheet but no top sheet (until we asked on day 2) and the mattress had no foundation so it hung off the bed frame about 10” on one side. It sagged when weight was put on that side. The only light in the room was a single bare bulb sconce (The manager brought us a small table lamp when we asked but the cord was too short to reach the end table. We bought an extension cord from Home Depot. The desk and end table had apparently had much water leak on them - tops were quite damaged. Ceiling in bathroom was nailed-up wallboard. We think the room was being renovated as the bathroom vanity and tub surround seemed new but bottom of tub was stained and plaster wall beside tub damaged. Two very thin bath towels and wash clothes but no face towels.

Room was adequate. Air worked good, check in very easy.

No breakfast, not even a coffee maker in room, no flat sheet just a fitted sheet with a blanket. Could not get the TV to work.

Great central location in Niagara Falls. Being on Buffalo Avenue with the traffic at night was ok. I would come back for the value. Parents joined us one night and they liked it.
