Found hair in the room the chair smelled like wet dog or rotten food holes in the walls heat was poor nothing was done with the snow on the sidewalks to the office definitely will not be staying there again the place really needs a good maintenance person

Great location, close to shopping outlets in Niagara Falls, NY and about 20-25 min drive to Buffalo. Lots of good shopping plazas within 10 minute drive. Easy and fast check in and check out. Fast wifi and nice hot water in the shower. Free parking and no resort fees was great! Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

The hallways were not heated, so it was very cold and unpleasant. Breakfast was ok, very basic (yogurt, cereal, muffins, waffles, coffee, juice, some fruit (apples), and toast). Could have better variety. Some areas (lights/carpets/mirrors) could use a deep clean. Found spider webs and dead bugs in the hallway lights.

It was so bad we couldn’t stay.

The bathroom fan wasn’t working. It had a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls. Me, my wife, and my son could smell the mold in the main part of the room, outside of the bathroom. I told the front desk person and he told me it’s ok the fan isn’t working since they have a different a/c system! I spoke to a couple who were just leaving their room. I asked if the bathroom fan is working and explained the one in the room we were going to stay in doesn’t. They told me theirs is working but it’s really loud. Where is the needed maintenance? Why was it ignored so long that mold began to grow on the ceiling and walls? Why was I lied to and told that it doesn’t need to work since they have an air conditioning system? That has nothing to do with controlling and re-routing the moisture in the bathroom. It was the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had from a hotel.

The price, location, and the bed

The entire hotel smelled like curry. There was barely enough room to sit on the toilet. Employees barely spoke English. Lighting wasn't great.

I didn’t like how there was kids above us and on the side of us there was a lot of banging and stomping I think they all should be in one area of the hotel.. but other than that I’d go back…

Had one of the worst experience in my life

Location

Front desk lady behaved unprofessional and indifferent. I went with my family and asked if they had more items in breakfast but she respond on loud voice “That’s all you have paid for”. It sounds so weird and rude while others guests having breakfast on that same hall. I aware her to leave comments but she said she don’t care. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly equipped.

Overall stay was good, except the breakfast part.

Room was clean but the breakfast room was too small for the no if people over there. To make a waffle, I was standing in line for almost 20 minutes and that too it was a week day. Breakfast options were decent.

To wait for the breakfast and the not much place to sit and eat inside.

It wasn't the worst I've ever experienced, but I wouldn't go back.

The room was relatively clean. The location was good and easy to access. I liked the waffle at breakfast.

The beds were extremely high, so reaching anything on the floor while in bed was nearly impossible. The AC was effective, but quite noisy. The vessel sink in the bathroom was mounted way too high for average height people. The worst was the noise from the floor above, with lots of stomping, shouting, and loud crying.

Power outage and limited breakfast- wouldn't stay again.

The location was just a 10 minute drive to Niagra Falls which was our destination. We stayed in a family suite which was nice to be able to fit our family of 5 into 1 room. The hotel was older but seemed clean.

My two main complaints are that the power went out in the middle of the night so we were really hot and couldn't sleep and the only thing available at breakfast were some muffins.

No electricity in room from 10:30 PM to around 2:30 AM midnight and was very unsafe and scary.

We checked in into rooms around 8:30PM on 06/13/2025. The electricity went off in the room around 10:30PM and only got electricity back around 2:30PM at night. Felt the place very very dark and unsafe. No one was there at front desk to assist at midnight during power cut and they did not answer my phone call. It is total waste of money.
