La grandeur du logement et les 4 chambres. Il est tout neuf et a 15-20 min de marche du casino et de la chute. Stationnement dans la cours. Phil a beaucoup aimé la tank à eau chaude

The location was great: away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy all the falls. My family included children ages 9, 11, and 12. We walked to the falls easily with all the children. We liked how spacious the 4 bedroom condo was and housed all of us easily. The neighborhood was safe and we walked around without hesitation.

The place was not clean when we arrived. Management did get someone to fix the situation quickly but it was disappointing to arrive to a dirty and stinky house. I did end up doing a load of laundry that wasn't finished when we arrived the 2nd time after it was cleaned. The house was minimally stocked: 5 bathroom washcloths for our family of 7, 1 knife for cooking, an oven but no pans or cookie sheet to use in the oven, no hairdryers. There were dishcloths but no kitchen towels and no extra bathroom hand towels to substitute in the kitchen. The condo is new, nice furniture but the workmanship is poor. There was a wall in the bathroom that only had drywall mud, the builder didn't finish texturing or painting the wall. I won't go through the other things where the builder cut corners. Overall, the house worked out but feel like some extra attention to some details would make the place amazing.
