The worst place in Niagara falls!!

Absolutely nothing

This place is an absolute dump , I highly regret going there and will never return . First of all the room felt like it hadn't been cleaned in months , the floor was dirty , the blankets were all stained with God knows what . The pillows had hair on them . The floor was dirty , the walls had huge water stains on them . The place smelled of weed and alcohol. If you have family please do not go to this place, save yourself the headache and the money . I was so disappointed we traveled from London Ontario and unfortunately couldn't find another room anywhere. Next time I will find a different place for sure . Breakfast was absolutely ridiculous everything was cold and the room was like a hospital basement.

Everything the beds were so smelly the room was dirty its just a dirty hotel the breakfast was awful the maid didn't even clean the room she said she was just emptying the bins its was terrible and it was not a cheap hotel they said there was no smoking in the rooms or balcony but people were it is not a hotel

Scary price for a scary hotel

The employees are helpful and polite.

First we were put in a totally dirty room with sticky bathroom counters and floors covered in dirt and salt. The replacement room was better but still had dirty floors and a horrible bathroom that I doubt has been repaired since the 70s, and smelled gross. The room was not carpeted as stated in the description and also did not look like the photos. The bed is a cheap metal frame that squeaks whenever you move, and the AC/heater kept me up all night with the noises it made. The hot tub in the room (the reason we stayed here in the first place) was so dirty that it was unusable. In addition, if you want to have the most unnerving breakfast experience of your life I would recommend this hotel. Enjoy breakfast in a tiny basement room with no windows and the brighest fluorescent lights you've ever seen, featuring melancholic music set to drone videos of London, England. A great way to start the day.

Comfortable stay

Excellent value for the price. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with good heating in winter. Breakfast included for such a low rate was a bonus. Facilities are a bit old but well maintained. Would stay again.

This is our ‘go to’ hotel. The location is awsome, always super clean and comfy rooms. Love that they have microwaves, bar frigs and coffee makers. Very nice continental breakfast is available and included. Zine and Happy are just the best, so welcoming.

Location was great! Value was great! Breakfast was typical continental.

I had t o clean hair out of the shower drain so the water would drain...that's not something a guest should EVER have to do. The breakfast was fine but in a cold room (62) in the basement with no windows. A room with windows you can look out during breakfast would be nice. Hallways were freezing cold! FYI, there is an additional $10 fee per night for parking. This seems to be a Niagara Falls thing.

Nice place for a short stay

The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean, and the building is located in a quiet place, which was very important for us. We got everything we were looking for, including a parking space right in front of the building.

The breakfast was served with baked waffles, and no other hot food, but for a short stay it was ok.

Itching from bedsheet, and too much noise from outside

I and my partner started itching at night time from bedsheets. There was not enough amenities in the washroom. Bed wasn’t comfortable enough.

Dirty. Uncomfortable beds. Won’t stay again

Can see property is being updated but very dirty. Mattresses were broke down and uncomfortable, floor was gross (no towels in pool area. When we mopped the water in the room from dripping swimsuits, the entire towel was dirty and gross!!) Breakfast area in the basement in a very small room. No towels in the pool area. The pictures shown on internet very deceiving. Won’t stay here again!

Very dirty. Freezer totally unusable due to being completely filled with ice. Refrigerator also had Ice covering the entire rear side. Broke down mattresses very uncomfortable. Bathroom smelled musty. Nice updates to some parts but very unclean.

Bathroom was very small. The shower in my RV is bigger than the one we had in the room. Construction happening outside our room disturbed our stay. The room we were given was right next to the main door and elevator which we could hear all through the night. Doors slamming people talking/yelling.

Not so far from the Falls

We book for the hotel but the put us in the motel; place for the breakfast was very uncomfortable; the odour of smoking was every where; even in our rooms; people seated in the way and blocked the passage to elevator made us to take the stairs.

Generally all appeared to be fine...

The breakfast area in the basement was completely hopeless.... too small and because of lots of guests it was full and long queue of the guest. The steps going down were too steep. Felt suffocated. Eating area should be on ground floor not like a underground bomb shelter. Also the reception area was too small for such a large complex.

Mediocre but great location

The heart shaped tub was lovely but one of the jets was not functioning properly. I like that the location is close to Clifton Hill and other attractions. I liked that they served waffles for breakfast.

There was a tim hortons cup left over from the previous guest in the room when we entered. One of the tub jets was broken, the mirror in the bathroom was cracked and there were other signs of disrepair throughout the room. Charging $10 per night for parking which was not included in the booking and only told as we were checking in is ridiculous too.

Poor facilities!!

Location was close (walking distance) to Clifton Hill and the Falls.

Our room AC sounded like a plastic bag in the wind all night. The tub filled with water (and did not drain) from showering. The TV did not work. The "breakfast" was a basket of bananas, cold cereal and waffle maker. Overcrowded breakfast room!!
