    Get this for the location and budget-friendliness. Looks old, but it feels private and definitely cleaner than expected

    No water in washrooms shower No iron in the wardrobe Good to crash only for a few hours.

    Stayed with two small children. Location is in a slightly seedy area, but very close walking distance to Clifton Hill. Rooms dated, but clean. Do NOT park here is you do not want damage to your vehicle, but if traveling without a vehicle, the location is ideal for walking around town. less than 5 minute walk to Clifton Hill, 15-20 minute walk to the falls. Older area of town. Building does not have security locks for hallways, but did not feel like we needed to worry. Owner works on site and was friendly.
