Clean room with comfortable bed, but dark, spartan rooms.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean with comfortable bed, refrigerator and bottled water.

Included breakfast in the basement was not appealing. I just went to Tim Hortons for a bagel.

Okay place for the price.

The staff was very friendly. The beds were also pretty comfy, and the rooms were fairly clean.

The indoor pool was ICE cold, and the hot tub was out of service. There were no towels by the pool, and I seen a diaper in a towel bin.

i liked the continental breakfast but which it included muffins

I didn't like that the pool was open at 2:30. I would have liked that it opened earlier. Also, I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned by staff daily and not enough towels, we had to ask for extra. Also, we would have liked to have floor mats

Fullerton manor

The jacuzzi tub was best part, I took photos and showed front desk when arrived it already had a stain; very apologetic and offered cleaning. Requested 12pm checkout instead of 11am, and this was no problem.

There was no hot tub in service, nor notification of it being out of service; the indoor pool only has 8hr of service and was freezing cold enough me and my party got in and got right back out. The veranda was shared between us and another unit, which is not clear from booking or reservation. The breakfast was lackluster, had essentials but not even eggs or bacon ( pork sausage only ), and only opened a small time first thing in the morning. Only one room key is available despite the request for 2 at check-in. Phone inside the room could pick up calls, but outward calls did not work even to the front desk.( I followed instructions and numbers in room portfolio and still no luck ) Only 4 towels for shower, tub, and pool with no replacement unless you went to front or found cleaning lady. No elevator.

Very unlikely we would be staying there in the future.

The bed was comfortable. Loved the showerhead. Liked the overall bathroom.

There was no one at reception. Waited approx 30 minutes for someone to show up. Did not like there were no elevators. It was a struggle to take the luggage up the stairs. Was looking forward to relaxing in the pool. It was not working. There was no filters, the water was stagnant.

Value for money stay in Niagara falls

Comfortable stay for family of 10...had a nice time in the swimming pool. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast...it would be nice if they had one breakfast meat option which isn't pork. Would definitely book again here for our next visit to Niagara

One of the rooms #111 air conditioning wasn't working properly ...we were too tired to complaint about it...kids were in room #113 and ac was working very well there.

Great value and short drive to attractions!

This is the place if you are like us and don't need real fancy and don't need to be at a hotel right at the Falls Reasonably priced and just just short drives to all the attractions at Niagara falls!

Friendly staff the front exterior is beautiful. It’s only a couple of miles away from the falls and it’s half the price. We got the jr Suite and it’s was king size with a whirlpool. We are pretty low maintenance people so we didn’t ask for much.

The breakfast. They should just do a basic breakfast. Remove the hot dog! Just do Canadian bacon, scrambled eggs and toast.

5 out of 10. Three out of 10 if it wasn't so clean

Sterile like clean room, fridge. Super comfy mattress, 4 big pillows. Internet TV down. Called front desk and heard a knock on the door basically as I hung up the phone. Super response time. Very friendly front desk staff Requested a king bed on main floor..got a queen bed on 2nd floor. Super quiet.. I didn't hear a sound at night

No daily room cleaning.. only on Fridays $100 deposit for key fob Rear parking lot door sticking. Therefore, no secure door Hot water took 3-5 mins to reach room on 2nd floor. Free breakfast starts at 8:30-10am.. way too late Internet roku t.v. connection had to be reset 3x in 4 nights. Out of approx 50 rooms, only 5 cars in the lot overnight. No microwave. Just one downstairs for the whole hotel. Pool is freezing cold.

Beds were very old I thought it was going to break on us. Rooms were dirty. Rooms need renovation. Shower head did not work. Shower did not drain. Breakfast wasn’t anything good. Pool is not heated. Not worth the money. I don’t recommend it.

Not for vacation

I liked the location, the man in the reception was nice to us showing us several rooms for our convenience, the madam in the breakfast service was welcoming.. I liked room service, clean, parking, tv.

I found 2 different types of insects in my bedroom 213! The pillows are high so wasn't comfortable for the whole family. Nothing delicious in the breakfast to enjoy my vacation! The pool is not kids friendly! On top of that they don't offer lifejacket. I didn't like the bathroom style that the sink is separated from the toilet. I wished the Jacuzzi worked.

Disappointing

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Check in and out was easy. Beds were comfortable enough.

The carpets are gross in the room. Although clearly vacuumed, they are stained and very dirty in appearance. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Only hard boiled eggs, " beef sausages" were hot dogs, pork sausages, could have been any mystery meat. It was definitely not worth a 185 dollars a night. There is a sign in the bathroom saying to expect a 3-5 minute wait for hot water as heater is at the other end of the hotel. Not the most convenient.

The accessibility to amenities (restaurants, the Falls) was handy. Nothing fancy and a little run down but it was clean and had the basics for washing and sleeping. For the price, this was just fine.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The inn looks really nice! I love how it looks architecturally. Parking was free and there was enough space available.

We were informed that on the weekend, it would be buffet breakfast. But when we were there on Sunday morning, I asked why we were given packed breakfast and were told the chef was sick. We should have been options on Saturday night on the kind of breakfast we wanted, and we should have been informed that we were going to get packed breakfast.

Excellent place to stay.

Clean overall with all the essentials, including a mini-fridge in the room and a microwave oven in the hall. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Our room was in the back of the building, so we were not bothered by the street traffic. Abundant and adequate breakfast provided. Comfortable bed.

There was carpet on the floor, which is a bit outdated. The screen door was broken and the balcony door was hard to slide due to lack of maintenance.
