Great value good quiet stay

I stayed in the jacuzzi room and the jets and water temperature was absolutely perfect. Staff was very friendly. I will be returning everytime i need a night away . Everything is nice and close only a short drive to casino but far enough away to avoid hustle and bustle of the big city .

This is definitely a property that we will book again as we don’t sweat the small problems I carry my own universal plug

The property was fairly well maintained it was a pleasure that the staircase light was motion activated rather than glaring into the room all night we had a family room it was very large with all kitchen supplies needed except a plug for the sink. The bathroom as well was very nice sized the tub was nice and large but again no plug

Check in was much different from other hotels we had attempted to enter and the door was locked at check in times I noticed a sign on the door to call a number for check in when they finally buzzed us into the building the office had a very overwhelming smell that made us rather nauseous

Overall we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, quickly accommodating my request for extra towels. The room was spacious and clean, and the spa tub is a wonderful amenity.

The bed was unfortunately a little less than comfortable, and there weren't quite enough pillows for our personal taste-- but to be fair we didn't request extras. Had we stayed an additional night I probably would have and I'm sure the staff would have been accommodating. I also wasn't a huge fan of the room layout. The television was wall mounted and didn't turn or rotate at all, and the only seating was right next to the television. It wasn't even quite the right angle from the bed.

Great place to stay near falls attractions, & would recommend.

Was super clean and comfortable. Nice quiet place,close by Fallsview Casino, where I went to see John Fogerty at OLG stage. Ample parking available, easy access to property.

Was annoyed that complimentary breakfast not provided, even though it is listed on their website. Showed that on my phone to staff, but “we don’t have that, that’s not for us”. That needs to be deleted from their website! Was disappointed but didn’t get angry about it. One other thing is stairs leading to 2nd level needs some light late at night. The one I used anyway.

It didn't fall apart while we were there.

Not sure where to start. 2 days prior I get a call from someone with very bad English skills telling me that they are overbooked and I can't habe the room I booked. Since they had another one, less equipped I was ok with that. No apology nothing. Upon arrival we found a room that was absolutely disgusting. We requested new bedding because the one we encountered was full of crumbs. Again no apology. Upon removing the sheets i almost threw up. The mattress was increasingly filthy. The bathroom had dirt everywhere and the toilet seat was broken. I told front desk but they didn't seem to care. I was glad to have left without any bedbug bites. Can't recommend it to anyone.

We had a great time last year, this year just didn’t measure up and we won’t be back.

Location is great and onsite parking is included which you can’t find on the strip !

Customer service could have been more welcoming, they over booked most of the rooms and some people were told “ sorry there’s nothing I can do “ I had to upgrade my room at a premium price for a sub par room just to make sure everyone in my party could have a place to sleep as their room was also overbooked and given away.

Was a great stay overall, had a wonderful girls weekend!

Pool was perfect temperature and was wonderful on a hot day. Hot water in shower was great, not the best pressure but was good.

Hair dryer would only work on low, kept turning off. The shampoo offered is not really good and doesn’t really clean your hair, consider adding a different kind or give conditioner in the rooms, especially during pool season.

Good palce to stay during your visit

We rented 2 rooms there, great place, very close to Niagara Falls. There are lot of restorants and grocery store at the main street. It was quiet during night and wonderful outside.

One of the rooms has smell of sigaretes, it's not staff fault I think, but previous renters didn't care smoking only outside.

The AC is working good together with the fridge and microwave. The staff were nice especially Jason from the office. The room is clean and the washroom. They have barbecue grill outside. Most of all, the price is reasonable.

Almost everything. There wasn't hot water to shower. The TV wasn't functional. There wasn't necessary supply like paper towel in the room. There was loud noise froom the next room until 2 in the morning. As soon as you live the room, you smell cigarette. There was no clear sign where to go to chech in, the door was looked from inside, and you have to find a small button to press to call the desk person to open the door for check in.

The room was nice and clean ! It was a little cool when we arrived but other than that it was nice and calm and peaceful. The jacuzzi tub was nice and clean ! We had a great anniversary !

Thieves

Accidentally left more than $100 in cash on the side table. Went back to ask for it and they lied and said they never saw any cash there. I left a tip on the Main table and set aside the rest of my cash on the table at the side of my bed. We were in a rush and forget to collect the rest of our hard earned money. They are liars and thieves. I do not recommend coming here.
