We really enjoyed the room & the owner was very great to chat with. Surprisingly or room was very clean so that was appreciated- compared to a few we've stayed in.
Had a bad neighbor next door during our time there, party nice until 430 am. But this is not the norm for here.

The kitchen was great and stocked with everything we needed! The housekeeping did an amazing job and the place was clean. Area was a close drive to where we were heading to at Niagara Falls! Staff was super nice :)

Clean room with all facilities. Exceptional service.

The bed was ok.
The room is old and stained. Windows and extractor hood very dirty. Wifi is terribly slow (1,7 mbs). Heating did not turn of. Airco did only work as a fan, no cooling.
