I stayed here multiple times, each time there was something in the room that didn’t work, fridge, heat, microwave, lighting. Every time felt like I was rolling the dice to bring bed bugs home, never actually did. Last time I stayed I had to cancel my reservation then un-cancel due to changing work plans, they still charged me a cancellation fee even tho I stayed for the original dates.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I've stayed in a lot of dives and cheap motels and I've NEVER been in a room this gross. The carpet had NEVER been vacuumed. Pretty sure they used a broom that was in the room to "sweep" the carpet. There was so much food, dirt, crumbs etc on the floor. I looked behind the night stand to check for bed bugs and there were hundreds of pistachio shells. We didn't stay, turned around and left. Bathroom was decently clean. Room smelled like garlic bread and curry ( i think the prople in the room next door were cooking in their room) the room had a broken couch and the bed was an ancient spring filled bed, and honestly there's no way I could sleep on it.

Main hotel updated and there seemed to be many workers doing various repairs.I would consider staying again as cost very

Breakfast was good and staff were very nice. Main building was very clean and updated.

Family suite was very run down. There were no mattress covers blankets were dirty. Carpets not clean and door between rooms was extremely dirty. Curtains were stained and did not fit windows and main door was not sealed and could see outside. Second room had 2 single beds and a pull out that was not very clean and again no mattress covers and blankets were dirty. Kitchen area had full size fridge which was clean. Full size updated stove and microwave but were not clean and microwave was broken and turning plate not useable. Cupboards and sink were nice and updated but there were no dishes or soap. Bathroom floor was dirty and tiling was falling off. Tub was functional and shower operated as needed. Toilet and sink updated however door did not close properly and room needed repair and paint. We were told room would be tidied and new towels brought but no one came and we had to ask for garbages be emptied and for more towels. We did see a staff member with a bucket going into rooms but there was no housekeeping cart and our room was not cleaned.

It smell like mold and mildew , unsanitary, wall dirty, bathroom door in the lobby looked like there was feces around the door knob. Outside the room that the door was in the parking lot smell like urine. Rats around the trash can. Etc…

Worth for money

Booked a room for one night on booking.com, it was the cheapest price I found, well it was the cheap price, seems old property, kind of okay maintained, personally, i felt worth for money due to free parking and complimentary breakfast!

They were able to meet my request for ground room. There was not much time. Also they were able to give us the same room as last time we stayed thete in the spring. I hope they will be just as goid when wr book in January. Maybe a repeat customer appreciation discount.

Not too much really. Everything was good. One thing... sign was up $20 cost for eating in the room. The breakfast area was full and people waiting. We waited so we did not have to pay extra.

I likes the staff and that was it.

One of our rooms had bed bugs and the kitchen stove was dirty, the side of the stove looked liked it wasn't cleaned for years. The blankets had stains on it and hair. There was alot of rats running around the property and some weird people walking around and staring you down. The pictures are not the place.

This is a very bad hotel/motel to book a room!

They are scammers. Completely different place from the photos. I have never seen a place that smells that bad. It was not cleaned in a very long time. The hallway smelled bad, the rooms smelled awful, and we had to change rooms. I paid US$230 for 2 rooms. Even the other rooms were smelling awful. They gave us an air freshener for each room. It looked like the elevator had not been cleaned for a very long time. Anyone who sees this review, please don’t even consider this hotel as a choice.

Change the bedsheet and repaint the whole room. They should convert the open space where outsiders see the whole room. And convert it the the corridor where the whole building can be secure and look presentable.

I had booked online and thought the room would be nice- however it wasn't. I booked a queen suite. When entering the room, you could immediately see that the carpet was dirty as there were spots of stains of some sort. The bathroom was very dingy and had mold in the shower the curtain was held up by tape I think. The walls in the room did not look good either- you could see damage and very bad paint job. It seemed to be a unit where someone stayed here long term. I felt gross when I stayed in this room. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 am however it was not ready then. I had to leave by 7:30 so I was unable to fully enjoy breakfast. The AC unit was very loud all night. I paid just over $200 for this room plus taxes- it was not worth it.

I would not recommend this place.

1st room did not have air conditioning or tv that worked, smelled horrible, had crummy furniture, bathroom had mold and gave the appearance of just being dirty. I complained and was offered a better room for an additional fee. It wasn’t great but was certainly an improvement. Can’t believe any hotel would offer a room like that.

The breakfast was tasty and the staff were helpful. The room had a strong smoke scent that left both unworn and worn clothing with a stench that requires them to be laundered.

The hotel staff expected the guest to clean their table after breakfast!! Their service really was terrible !!

The hotel did not have any facilities which are expected of an ordinary hotel, like toothbrushes, toothpaste ,slippers, even water !! It was awful!!
