Obiekt to przepiękne mieszkanie, w którym znajduje się dosłownie wszystko czego człowiek potrzebuje. Sam dom usytuowany jest w bardzo czystej i spokojnej dzielnicy, a właściciel to pomocny człowiek. Na pewno wrócimy.

Obiekt w super lokalizacji choc trzeba miec troche szczescia zeby znalezc miejsce parkingowe. Bardzo blisko do muzeum Ferrari i do centrum miasta. Kwatera ladna i wygodna - niestety sciany bardzo slabo 'wyciszaja' i jesli sasiedzi sa 'glosni' to bardzo ich slychac.
Bardzo slabe wyciszenie obiektu - przez sciany slychac sasiadow wiec jesli chce sie wyspac po drodze to moze to byc minusem.
