Generalnie OK - ale ma swoje minusy.
Obiekt w super lokalizacji choc trzeba miec troche szczescia zeby znalezc miejsce parkingowe. Bardzo blisko do muzeum Ferrari i do centrum miasta. Kwatera ladna i wygodna - niestety sciany bardzo slabo 'wyciszaja' i jesli sasiedzi sa 'glosni' to bardzo ich slychac.
Bardzo slabe wyciszenie obiektu - przez sciany slychac sasiadow wiec jesli chce sie wyspac po drodze to moze to byc minusem.

Consigliatissimo, proprietari gentili e attenti ai dettagli
Struttura accogliente in zona comodissima. La casa aveva tutti i comfort necessari. Abbiamo notato un’attenzione ai dettagli impeccabile (addirittura essendo in periodo natalizio avevamo l’albero di Natale in salone). Molto apprezzati anche i gadget da bagno che profumavano tantissimo in tutta la struttura. Vi garantisco che le foto non gli rendono giustizia. Aspettative superiori alla media.
Se c’è solo un piccolo appunto che posso fare era il clima dentro casa, faceva un pochino freddo. Per il resto tutto da 10 e lode.
