Fab location close to all the best sights.
Superb owner who couldnāt do enough to make our stay memorable and well informed.
Nice old building in a quiet side street close to restaurants, shops & cafes.
Clean and comfortable room.
The breakfast at a local cafe was simple but very good - friendly staff.
Not a massive negative, but for the price the Deluxe Double Room was a quite small and the water pressure in the shower needs upgradingš

Room is on the small side but very clean and we were only there one night. Had to manage a small number of steps.

Clean, elegant, spacious and classy rooms, wonderful location, delicious breakfast at nearby cafe, and Massimo was an excellent host, meeting us both when we arrived and departed, arranging taxis and making sure we had an excellent stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner went out of his way to accommodate our every need. He found us a great parking spot (not easy to find otherwise), then he booked us a table for dinner at a nearby restaurant when we told him we were having trouble with a reservation. He also gave us information about the city landmarks, how and when to enjoy them best.
Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were smooth. Lots of complimentary toiletries.
Price was a little steep but you do get great service in return.
