It’s a very nice place to stay, it’s clean, with a good size room and bathroom. Very close to the train station. Excellent location.

Good value for the money, near the historic center

The location is very good to walk in the historical center. A big free parkplace is around 700-800m away. Had everything as described.

The shower drain wasn't running perfect, it could be some standard in Italy. Also we mentioned we were coming 3 persons (2 adult and one 7 year old kid), but the 2nd bed wasn't prepared. We stayed only for one night and because it was late we didn't write to the host anymore. The lightning was for us too bright, but this could also depend on taste /how you you are used to... And be prepared for a lot of self check in paper on a different website. This I didn't like at all. When I am in vacation I don't like to have such administrative work to do, so this one is more on booking.com. They should mark it somehow that there is additional check in needed, pay city tax separate, scan all passes etc. Host was nice and did this for us after sending copy of our IDs

Spacious, clean and very close to train station

Spacious, clean and very close to train station. Renovated in good taste. Good floorplan layout, not cluttered with unnecessary furniture or stuff. We were able to find all the cutlery we needed, a moka pot and coffee. The bed sheets and towels were clean, white and smelled fresh. The floors were clean and so were the tables and countertops. No issues with neighbors. At a 10 minute walk there is an Aldi supermarket, behind the train station. If given the chance to visit the region again, we would love to book here again.

We had to go buy toilet paper and shower gel, as there was just not enough for 4 persons and 3 days. Just two rolls of toilet paper and 3 small sachets of shower gel. Not a money issue, just an extra chore and concern. For those wanting to sleep on the couch in the livingroom/kitchen, there will be a buzz from the water heating system, but nothing major. Also, you will hear the busses in the morning in that room, but again, nothing major. Also, the check-in method is quite complicated, with face recognition and ID shots sent to a platform. We felt we were checking in at the Vatican. The digital lock was annoying. A normal key would have been better.

Posizione centrale, a pochi metri dalla stazione centrale di Modena. Pulito e silenzioso. Staff cortese e disponibile. Vano doccia grande e spazioso.

Abbiamo avuto dei problemi all' ingresso della struttura, prontamente risolti con una chiamata in agenzia 💪 Arriva infatti un SMS con tutte istruzioni precise per l ingresso ma, una volta entrati nel palazzo e saliti al secondo piano, sul portone blindato non funzionano i tastierini numerici... bisogna infatti utilizzare solamente la cassettina a forma di lucchetto attaccata alla maniglia. Precisa la ragazza dello Staff che ci ha spiegato telefonicamente come fare per entrare.

Stanza molto confortevole, posizione comodissima per chi viaggia in treno

Posizione comodissima, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria. La stanza è moderna, pulita e confortevole, per me che viaggiavo da sola e necessitavo di raggiungere la stazione in poco tempo l'indomani mattina è stata una sistemazione perfetta.

Al mio arrivo ho trovato la finestra del bagno aperta, l'ambiente era ben areato ma anche molto freddo, essendo febbraio. L'anticamera da cui si accede alla vera e propria stanza dispone di una luce che resta accesa anche di notte e che filtra dalla porta d'ingresso (non ci ho fatto caso più di tanto perché stanchissima ma a qualcuno potrebbe infastidire). C'è un bollitore (molto apprezzato) ma sarebbe un'attenzione in più nei confronti dell'ospite lasciare anche un paio di filtri per tè/tisane

la stanza è invivibile. Una puzza di fogna da far paura, bagno e bidet sporchissimi con peli ovunque, neanche un sacchetto dentro i cestini. Acqua in frigo congelata e bollitore pieno di incrostazioni. Credo me ne andrò stanotte stesso. Vergognoso, chiederò il rimborso totale a Booking. E neanche rispondono ai messaggi. Saluti

電車の駅から徒歩1分だったので電車で移動する人には便利でした。冷蔵庫やポットもありますし、部屋自体は一人で宿泊するには広く問題ありません。（Booking.comの説明には電子レンジもあると記載がありますが、狭い部屋にはないため記載を修正する必要があります）

・口コミからエレベーターがないのは知っていましたが、2F（日本でいう3階）とは知らず、スーツケースを上まで運ぶのがかなり大変でした・事前にWhatAppでやり方が送られてきますが、その内容ではチェックインの方法がとても分かりにくく結局管理人に連絡をしながら操作するため時間がかかってしまった・15時のチェックインと同時に出かける予定があったため事前に荷物を預かってもらうようお願いしましたが不可で、仕方なく15時ちょうどに部屋に行ったらまだ清掃前だったためチェックインできず、結局管理人にアパートに来てもらい荷物を預かってもらい、その間に清掃してもらうことになりました。そのやり取りに非常に時間がかかり、予定の時間に間に合いませんでした。荷物が預かれないのであれば、チェックイン時間は厳守してほしい

Proximidade com a estação de trem, fácil acesso aos pontos turisticos, quarto amplo, banheiro grande, ducha gostosa, cama grande e macia, atendimento por wataspp bem célere.

Um dos quartos tinha odor de cigarro ao chegarmos, não ha elevador (subir com muitas malas é custoso), no mais os quartos são perfeitos!

Gostamos bastante do espaço: tudo muito limpo, bem cuidado e funcionando conforme o anúncio. A localização também é boa, próxima a um ponto de ônibus, o que facilita o deslocamento até o centro sem precisar usar o carro. Além disso, encontramos estacionamentos tranquilos nas proximidades.

Reservamos essa hospedagem pela informação de estacionamento gratuito, mas após a reserva fomos informados de que o estacionamento é na rua e pago durante o dia (das 8h às 20h). Esse ponto poderia estar mais claro no anúncio.

Soggiorno completamente automatizzato e immediato, la struttura si trova in un posto perfetto per viaggiatori (accanto la stazione dei treni, e 15 minuti a piedi dall'autostazione dei bus di Modena). Camera matrimoniale pulitissima, abbastanza ampia, bollitore e frigo incluso.

Nessuno. Un consiglio (non difetto) è quello di utilizzare la chiave e non affidarsi completamente al sistema elettronico per entrare.

L'accès à Netflix ?

Qu'on nous demande de payer les taxes de séjour avec leur propre site internet qui ne fonctionne plus pour pouvoir obtenir les informations pour entrer dans la chambre ! Pas d'hôte seulement une personne au téléphone, impossible d'ouvrir la porte palière comme expliqué dans WhatsApp, la personne au téléphone fait ce qu'elle peut...une porte sur un palier pour 3 chambres, aucune intimité car on entend tout ce qui se passe sur le palier, chambre réservée avec cafetière et micro onde, il n'y avait qu'une bouilloire et aucun récipient. A côté de la gare donc parking payant 1.90€ de l'heure !

L'appartamento 'è carino e come da descrizione

Gestito in modo pessimo... Non abbiamo trovato la chiave per accedere, la porta era già aperta, abbiamo provato a contattare il numero di emergenza e non ha risposto nessuno..conclusione abbiamo dormito con la porta aperta! Ci hanno detto che ci spettava il posto auto ma nessuno ci ha dato indicazioni su come accedere e quindi abbiamo lasciato l'auto in strada.Abbiamo aspettato due settimane prima di scrivere la recensione in attesa di scuse che non sono mai arrivate. Pessimo servizio da evitare sicuramente

La Pulizia della camera era ok.

All'arrivo non abbiamo trovato le chiavi nell'apposita casettina con il codice,per fortuna c'era un ragazzo che puliva e abbaimo chiesto a lui informazioni a riguardo,ma per andare a recuperarle ci ha fatto attendere più di 20 minuti sulle scale del palazzo. La zona è appena fuori dal centro ma essendo in zona stazione non girava porprio bella gente. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire del loro parcheggio nonostante la richiesta una settimana prima via mail e anche a voce all'arrivo non abbiamo mai avuto risposta quindi abbiamo lasciato la macchina in zona stazione a pagamento con bigliettino da sostituire ogni tot.ore. In Bagno è caduto un pezzo di muro sotto il lavandino. Il terzo letto del bamhino era praticamente altezza 10 cm da terra. E per attacarsi alla rete Wi-Fi non si trovava quella scritta nel measaggio di istruzioni.

Гарне розташування і наявність парковки у дворі. Гарний напор у душі. Великий санвузол. Сподобалось обладнання, пральна машина і наявність капсул для прання. Комплімент у вигляді пляшки просеко дуже вплинув на настрій.
