On the edge of the old town, 5 minute walk to the Grande Piazza.

Being able to park directly out front for free was gold when you are staying right on the edge of the old city. The leafy tree lined street was very quiet being one street back from one of the main thoroughfares. Most importantly, the room was quiet and the king size bed was comfortable. Receiving a complimentary voucher for a coffee or pastry from the nearby cafe was thoughtful. Located on the edge of the old town and only a 5 minute walk through the cobblestoned lanes to the Grande Piazza. We would highly recommend and will definitely choose to stay here again when we next visit Modena.

The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a double room with a seating area desk and fridge. We parked directly outside and it was a 5 minute walk into the old town.

A great choice

We had a wonderful stay at this stylish boutique hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, quiet and with all the amenities needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is just a short and easy walk to the centre of the city, and a free parking space is offered right in front.

We enjoyed our stay at Vitterio Vento 25. Located on a quiet street on the edge of old town.

The location was on the edge of the old town so only 5-7 minutes walk to the centre. Very stylish lighting and nice shower room design.

The beds were a good size but sagging a little.

Great place and friendly staff

Great location in the heart of the city, with reserved parking spots just I front of the hotel. Extremely friendly and reactive owner and extra easy self checkin procedure if you arrive in the off hours.

Very good location and parking

Very nice house on one of the main roads circling Modena city centre. The location is perfect, easy parking in front of the property. The room is comfortable, clean and with modern furniture.

The other guests can be noisy as the main staircase is located in front of the bedrooms so one can hear voices, luggage been towed up and down. Obviously not the property's fault but can be annoying.

Great location and the staff was fantastic! We had two different rooms, the suite was perfect for our family.

The room on the ground floor had no natural light and couldn’t open the window shades. It was dark. Would recommend allowing windows to be opened while keeping safety in mind.

Fabulous place. highly recommended.

The room was clean and modern. All the rooms were in one complex. Checking in was easy with clear instructions. The complex was manned during the day. Free parking with coupon right outside the complex on the street. Staff was responsive and helpful. Conveniently located at the entrance to the old town.

An absolute gem!

Excellent communication from staff prior to stay. Location was ideal for the reason for our stay. Bed was very comfy! Facilities were lovely - finished to a very high standard. Water bottles were a lovely touch!

Wonderful!

Wonderful structure: rooms and bathroom were very large, well equipped, and with great quality beddings. Silvia was an excellent host pointing out the best ways to visit Modena as well as excellent bars and eateries. The parking space included in the price made this experience excellent. Already recommended to many, would stay again!

Very good facilities in a great position.

The room was very smart, with a comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom. it was great to be able to park right outside and walk a short distance into the town.

My only quibble was the amount charged for the dog. We’ve had quite a complex trip and this was the highest daily rate we were charged by far. (Some places even gave the dog a treat or two….)

Very clean, well decorated and comfortable room in an excellent location.

The room was well and newly decorated, clean and a good size. The location was perfect for us as we parked our car just outside and could walk everywhere. The walk to the historical centre and market etc was 5 mins and pleasant. Valerie was so helpful and professional. She kept us well informed and was kins enough to book us a table at a restaurant we were interested in at short notice. The beds were very comfortable and loved the linen sheets.

Only comments for improvement are: Provide slippers, shower caps and more tea capsule options (without sugar). We were on the ground floor and had no issues carrying our suitcases, however as there is no lift this may be an issue for some.

Fab stay in a great location!

Lovely rooms in a great location, warm, super clean & great shower! Short. pleasant walk into the city centre. We walked from the station which a bit of a hike with luggage, much better going back in a taxi :-)

Very well-designed boutique hotel. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Very helpful staff. Walking distance from all interesting places in Modena.

It's a minor thing - if you stay at the ground floor you can hear everyone coming/leaving through the main entrance. Probably the best is to ask for one of the rooms at the upper floors.

I find this hotel overpriced, not value for money at all.

The location is good and it s easy to park on the street. The instructions to check in yourself were easy

The only heating was an aircon machine which made huge noise. Also we could hear all the neighbours as they came in the building as our room was next to the door. Very expensive and no breakfast or toiletries…
