Hard to get hold of anyone, you can't leave luggage earlier than check in and it is a good 20min walk into the centre.

Great apartment with super nice host

The apartment is very nice, clean and offers high quality amenities. There was no compromise with anything - we had everything we needed. Beds are super comfortable, it is 15 min walking distance from Modena city center and 8 min walk from Ferrari museum. Great location. Apartment has super easy and smart access system for self check in that works exceptionally well. Massimo was very polite and supportive host, he answered all our questions, recommended great restaurants nearby 2 of which we had dinners in and they were really worth it.

There is no reserved parking place within the property, but it is a very quiet street with free of charge parking and we found a spot nearby without a problem.

Lovely room

We liked our stay a lot, complimentary little sweets made our arrival even more pleasant. The modern way of opening the door via smartphone was not that complicated as we thought it would be.

Property was easy to access, very clean, comfortable, very nice surprise was things in mini fridge that were free. Even parking was not a problem. Overall great experience, definitely will visit again when I come to Modena.

A great base from which to explore the city of Modena

The property was easy to access, using the detailed information provided. The room was well-appointed. The fridge was stocked with drinks and water included in the price. A nice touch. The city centre was walkable, as was the Ferrari museum.

The area outside seemed a little run down, but that is no reflection on the property itself.

Very friendly and welcoming host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was clean, fully equipped to accommodate our every need, and only a short walk away from the city centre.

Eine echte Alternative

Es ist ein umgebautes Apartment mit mehreren Gästezimmern. Es ist in einer Wohngegend und 20 min vom historischen Stadtkern zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Freundlicherweise durfte ich ohne Probleme früher einchecken. Zum Besitzer gibt es nur telefonischen oder WhatsApp Kontakt. Dieser ist sehr freundlich und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Geöffnet wird Haus, Apartment und Zimmer über das Internet. Ausreichend BAtterie sollte man haben. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Mir ist nichts negatives aufgefallen, das sich lohnen würde hier zu posten.

FINALMENTE NULLA DA ECCEPIRE!

Tutto molto bello e accogliente, acqua e snack inclusi (finalmente qualcuno l'ha capito). Bagno accessoriato di tutto e se non hai spazzolino o rasoio, ci sono! Letto Stracomodo, strato in memory ma bello duro che mon si affonda. Stanza calda e silenziosa perché in una stradina interna. Parcheggio non proprio immediato in zona ma in 10 minuti si trova

Excelente opción!!

La habitacion es tal cual las fotos, muy cómoda y limpia, hacen la habitación todos los días. El baño muy grande y moderno. Lo mejor fue la atención, nos dejaron entrar antes del horario de checkin a la haitación, nos contactamos muy fácil por Whatsapp y estuvieron siempre muy predispuestos a contestar todas las dudas que tuvimos, excelente atención!! En la habitación hay botellas de agua y algunas cosas dulces que están incluidas

La ubicación es un poco alejada del centro pero fuimos caminando siempre y en unos minutos ya estás en el centro

Skvělé, krásné a čistě ubytování. 😊

Zpracování bytu bylo velice pěkné. Chytře vymyšlený systém na otevírání dveří bez personálu. Hlavní vstup do bytu, kde nejprve vlezte do malé chodby a poté do bytu. Všechno bylo čisté a voňavé. Klidná lokalita. Parkování trochu horší, ale v pohodě. Byli jsme moc spokojení. 😊

Ho soggiornato qui per una sola notte ma il servizio e l'accoglienza sono stati ottimi. La casa è molto tecnologica e tutto è curato alla perfezione. Ci sono diversi servizi come minifrigo con bevande incluse nel prezzo. Materiale per l'igiene. Asciugamani e phon. Si vede che c'è attenzione.

Com’essere in un hotel 5 Stelle !

Mi è piaciuto tutto avendo un’alto standard di servizi e di pulizia giornaliera. Il self Check-in è molto comodo e l’host molto cordiale e disponibile offrendomi di soggiornare un giorno in più x causa d forza maggiore mi ha gentilmente aiutata rimanendo nella stessa camera dando la differenza. Posto tranquillo e vicino al centro. Tornerò sicuramente alla prossima!

L’unica cosa se devo proprio trovare una pecca ma è soggettivo, sarebbe più confortevole avere una presa accanto al letto senza doversi alzare ogni volta. Per il resto impeccabile.

Na patre jsou ctyri pokoje,a je tu slyset sousedy, kdyz nejsou super tichy.. ale nebylo to nic hrozneho. Pokoj nebyl moc velky, neni si tam kde moc rozlozit kudr. Bylo tam jen jedno kresilko,druhy musel sedet na male stolicce. Take nam chybely hrnky a sklenicky, k dispozici jsou jen plastove kelimky. Jinak jsme ale byli s pobytem spokojeni.

VERGOGNOSO

Increscioso e vergognoso il comportamento dell'Host, tale Massimo. La situazione è talmente degenerata, per fortuna solo telefonicamente, che si è reso necessario l'intervento dei Carabinieri perché l'host non poteva accettare che una donna di quasi 70anni non fosse in grado di utilizzare una app per aprire e chiudere le porte, e a fronte di richieste legittime l'unica cosa che ha saputo fare è stato aggredire verbalmente l'ospite, e poi il sottoscritto tramite telefono. Sia chiaro, so bene quanto è importante e allo stesso tempo inutile una recensione, ma a scanso di equivoci, gli insulti verbali e di tutta la conversazione se ne ha traccia.

Stanza molto grande, moderna nuova con ogni confort. Curata nei minimi dettagli. Pulizia impeccabile. Letti comodissimi, design curato. Bagno bellissimo. Staff sempre pronto ad ogni domanda. Sembra un suite. Complimenti veramente.

Struttura recentemente ristrutturata, con particolare attenzione anche ai dettagli. Bagno con finestra. Pulizia ottima. Check in ed accesso alla stanza elettronici. Host disponibile e facilmente raggiungibile (mail/WhatsApp). Parcheggio pubblico a 5 min a piedi. Centro città raggiungibile a piedi in 15 min. Trasporto pubblico nelle vicinanze.

Accoglienza, gusto e silenzio

Staff molto disponibile e cordiale, la location è pulitissima ed è arredata con grande gusto e intelligenza, la stanza è molto silenziosa. Davvero un soggiorno molto piacevole!

Soltanto un paio di piccoli dettagli che farebbero raggiungere la perfezione a questa struttura. L'accesso all'edificio, all'appartamento e alla camera è completamente tecnologico ed è gestito dal proprio smartphone: questo è comodo e lascia indipendenza ma se muore lo smartphone, com'è capitato a me, oppure viene perso o rubato, diventa un problema rientrare in camera. Va detto che il responsabile della struttura è prontissimo nel venire in aiuto (ma, senza smartphone, diventa un problema contattarlo) però, forse, si potrebbe studiare un sistema di "salvezza" indipendente dallo smartphone. Altro dettaglio veramente minimo: sul regolamento nell'uso del frigobar non è specificato che nel listino prezzi sono compresi anche gli snack presenti sulla scrivania e questo potrebbe creare malintesi antipatici (non nel mio caso).
