It was fine for a short stay

The location is a beautiful renovated villa close to just about everything Modena has to offer. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Worst Experience in Italy, and I am Italian!!!

Location is good but 15€ for parking is outrageous. There are not many pros considering how we were treated and how smelly was the room. Suggest not to go there.

I could smell smoke in the room since the first moment. mentioned to the receptionist he aggressively said there is no smell (and he was smoking just before...). He aggressively attacked us and after few min he run home leaving us there with no option and no solution.

Good quiet location in Modena

Quiet neighbourhood that was a short walk from the historic centre Room was clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette and fridge Reception staff were welcoming. Note: The reception is only staffed during certain hours There is a lift if needed, and private car parking in the front

Our room was at the end of the hallway, and unfortunately the sensors for the automatic lighting didn't come on until we were nearly at the door. So we had to use the torch on our phones to light our way.

Recommend if you're cooking for yourself

The place is very well located to reach the city center in a short walk. If I had had the need for a kitchen I would have been sorted, as the one in our room seemed well-equipped.

There really is not much help at hand, although the host tries to be as helpful as possible when present (it's just that he's not present much). Pillows were on the flat end which made sleep a bit less comfortable.

Ideal for my needs.

There was no breakfast and that is why I have chosen the place. In the morning I just like coffee and croissant and could get that in one of the many shops outside(it was located just 10 minutes walk from the centre). It was not a room but a mini apartment with a small kitchen. Considering other places I have been in Modena the price for the accommodation was very good for the value.

Overall a pleasant stay.

The bedroom door rattled everytime someone entered the lobby. We fixed the problem by putting our suitcase against the door otherwise we would not be able to sleep.

Hotel cancelled the booking right before our arrival

Booked it for 1 night to stay with my 6-year old son. After we landed in Bologna and were on our way, I get a message from the hotel at 20:36 that due to a technical issue (bath drainage system was broken) they apologize, but they cannot provide a room to us. They cancelled our booking (they did not charge the payment). All attempts to contact them failed - no answer in whatsapp where they wrote me, no answer to calls, not a single answer in booking.com's chat (all screenshots available). I had to urgently look for another accommodation at 9pm with a 6-year old child - which costed me 3 times more, not to mention the stress (due to Formula 1 97% of hotels were booked out according to Booking.com - unfortunate coincidence). Pity, as the other reviews were quite good and I was not expecting such a sharp turn.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura a Modena e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L’ambiente è accogliente e curato, la camera era pulita e ordinata. La posizione è ottima, comodissima per muoversi a piedi e visitare il centro città senza bisogno di prendere l’auto. Il proprietario è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile: ha risposto subito ai messaggi ed è stato molto chiaro e cordiale nelle comunicazioni. Un’esperienza decisamente positiva, consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole a Modena.

L’unico piccolo appunto è che l’ascensore era un po’ lento, ma nulla di rilevante e non ha inciso minimamente sulla qualità del soggiorno.

Residence tranquillo a due passi dal centro di Modena

Se volete visitare il centro di Modena è un ottimo Residence. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, rimane in una via tranquilla, accessibile comunque senza permessi ZTL. La struttura vanta un parcheggio interno a pagamento, veramente comodo. Per strada presente parcheggio pubblico a pagamento. Camera 101. Arredamenti moderni, credo ristrutturata da non molto tempo. Ascensore presente. Armadio non capientissimo, comunque sufficiente. Piccolo angolo cottura con due piastre ad induzione, manca però il pentolame. Presenti solo due tazze e due bicchieri. Bollitore e fornetto. Materasso rigido, a me piace, molto comodo. Buona TV. Ripiano dove si può fare colazione o anche mangiare in due persone, ma presente una sola sedia. Ampio frigo con congelatore. Climatizzatore con pompa di calore regolabile dall'utente. Presente un terzo letto singolo, da noi non utilizzato. Bagno ottimo, con bella doccia , WC , bidet, ampio lavandino e soprattutto grande finestra. Asciugacapelli a parete e scaldasalviette elettrico.

Il climatizzatore è leggermente rumoroso, inoltre di notte la stanza non è eccezionalmente insonorizzata perché si avvertono rumori provenienti da qualche impianto probabilmente adiacente. Niente di eccezionale, però se avete il sonno leggero...

Posizione comoda e camera pulita

La struttura esternamente è bella e di facile accesso. Abbiamo usato il parcheggio, cortile interno, e il costo è di eur 15 al giorno (ma ci sono molti parcheggi, linee blu, anche all'esterno). Molto vicini al centro ma in una strada silenziosa. Camera pulitissima.

Le camere sono anonime e con mobili inadeguati allo spazio: letto troppo grande, copriva le prese, e solo un comodino. Buon materasso ma doghe rumorose. Riscaldamento con split, anch'esso rumoroso.

Posizione, parcheggio (a pagamento per 15euro), balcone, cordialità signore al check in.

Lavandino bagno otturato. Il letto da una parte tocca la parete quindi la persona che dorme da quel lato non può scendere facilmente. Mancano elementi nella cucina che potrebbero essere utili (ci sono tazze e bollitore ma mancano cucchiaini etc).

Ottima soluzione in centro a Modena. A un passo da tutto, comodissimo per le fermate dei bus cittadini e per una passeggiata in centro senza bisogno di mezzi. Struttura nuova, accogliente, pulita e ben tenuta. Cortesia e cordialità dello staff.

Modena e dintorni

La struttura è nuovissima si trova in un area tranquilla residenziale. Parcheggio esterno delimitato da un cancello non grandissimo quindi se vi interessa il parcheggio è meglio prenotarlo. L'host molto gentile e simpatico ci ha accolto e spiegato i vari sistemi domotici della struttura. La struttura è dotata di un ampio ascensore. La camera è pulitissima e decisamente molto nuova, ce una piccola cucina con frigo, piano cottura a induzione e un bollitore per l'acqua. Bagno molto bello. riscaldamento e raffrescamento con cplit a muro. Tv ok.

Piccoli accorgimenti: lo specchio del bagno è stato montato da un idraulico sicuramente molto alto in quanto per le persone non troppo alte risulterà complicato da usare :) ; non erano presenti posate o piatti ma solo 2 tazze e un bicchiere.

Ottima posizione e di buon arredamento

La posizione è sicuramente il requisito principale, quindi la pochissima distanza dal centro è la carta vincente. La struttura è moderna, è ristrutturata sia esternamente sia internamente (ad eccezione degli infissi) e ben pulita.

Un’accoglienza più simpatica non avrebbe guastato il soggiorno. Il personale raccomanda di fare silenzio, essendo un condominio. Il problema maggiore è che, nel cuore della notte, un gruppo che soggiornava nella struttura rideva e parlava ad altissima voce per tutta la notte nel corridoio, per poi riprendere la mattina presto: un soggiorno da incubo! La cosa grave è che nessuno della struttura sia intervenuto.

Para usarlo como hotel base y moverte a los alrededores

La ubicación del alojamiento estaba muy bien, a 10 minutos andando del centro de Módena, a 15 de la estación y a 10 de la parada de bus que te lleva a Maranello. Nosotros lo elegimos como punto de partida hacia todo lo que teníamos que ver y no nos arrepentimos. Tan solo estás a 25 minutos de Bolonia.

Las almohadas eran muy finas y blandas, por lo que si no te gustan así, el descanso se ve afectado. Las habitaciones tienen cocina, pero usarla tiene un suplemento de 15€, algo que yo no he visto en Booking como si vi que había suplemento de 10€ por late checkout. También te cobra suplemento por dejar las maletas después del checkout más tarde de las 13h.

Moderne Zimmer in Stadtnähe Modena

Renovierte Zimmer, schönes Gebäude, privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar, insgesamt ein gute Möglichkeit für 2-3 Nächte in Modena wenn man nicht auf Frühstück/Abendessen angewiesen ist.

Alles bestens, der Lift ist zwar etwas langsam/schwerfällig, aber in einem altehrwürdigen Gebäude ist das akzeptabel.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix et très bien situé.

L’emplacement, la propreté, les lits douillets, le prix…bref un peu tout au point qu’on pense revenir sur le chemin du retour :)

Aucun ustensile alors que la cuisine est complète; même pas de tasses alors que café et thé sont offerts, incompréhensible ! Les lampes de chevet, il n’y en a qu’une et inefficace pour la lecture, incompréhensible !
