Modern comfortable room in residential building within walking distance of city centre

Clean. Comfortable. Modern. Black out curtains. Space for luggage. Coffee making facilities. Fridge with bottled water (still and sparkling) and ice tea which were complimentary. Location - 10 minute walk to city centre. Street parking is free. Hairdryer.

Access to room is through 3 doors - main residential building door, appartment door and room door. Links to open doors are provided via WhatsApp - you need a smart phone to get into your room. Had to request the links after phoning host at 2:50pm on day of arrival. I found it very confusing but the host couldn’t understand why. Pavarotti room is right next to appartment door so you can hear people coming and going during the night. Appartment is on 1st floor up 2 flights of stairs. Space in room is tight for 3 people. Breakfast vouchers are provided for bakery around the corner - 1 cappuccino and 1 pastry. No one available at arrival but hosts knocked on our door at 9am both mornings to hand us our breakfast vouchers.

Comfortable, clean and convenient stay with supportive hosts.

The room had all you needed for a comfortable, short stay. Everything was fresh and clean. The shower and towels were plentiful. Air con and blinds allowed you to control easily the atmosphere in the room. A small fridge stocked with water and some small treats were appreciated. The room was situated in a quiet area of Modena about twenty minutes walk from the railway station and city centre restaurants etc. Access to the property was via mobile phone link which proved to be very helpful and efficient as our plans changed and we required an extra night , etc all facilitated quickly and politely, in English via the phone. The staff member we did meet, greeted us with friendly smiles and serviced the room beautifully. Thank you for your support.

Cosy, super clean rooms close to city cente!

The rooms, which are self-check-in with a smart web access system via mobile phone are super clean, decorated with love to details and very cosy (very comfortable bed!). The apartment itself is located within a mile or 1.5km of the city center main square, so comfortable walking distance. There is free parking in the street. Massimo, the host, is incredibly helpful and responsive. Value for money is exceptional. Loved the stay and highly recommend this place!

Lovely place

Our stay in Tesori di Modena was wonderful. The room was cozy and really clean. The bed was so comfortable. The location was superb, just 10 min walk from the historic center. Tea, coffee, snacks and drinks in the fridge were free of charge. I would love to visit again. Grazie, Massimo.

A Modena questo è il posto giusto

Tutto ben organizzato a distanza. Self check-in con assistenza professionale in caso di necessità. Una camera ampia e pulita con tutti i servizi. Davvero comoda anche per il centro e una colazione convenzionata in un bar vicinissimo ed elegante.

Perfetta!

La stanza era perfetta, dotata di tutti i servizi e accogliente, molto spaziosa e pulitissima, con una grande attenzione a tutti i dettagli. Il bagno grande e fornito di kit da viaggio per gli ospiti. Posizione perfetta, tranquilla e a pochi minuti dal centro. Massimo è stato gentilissimo, tornerò!

Estadia confortável em Modena

O quarto era confortável e limpo, tinha boas condições. A comida/bebidas eram gratuitas e havia informação detalhada sobre serviços perto do alojamento, bem como contactos de emergência. Como tínhamos incluído o pequeno-almoço na estadia disponibilizaram um voucher que podíamos usar num café perto do hotel.

Quando fizemos a reserva não nos informaram que este alojamento não tinha balcão com check-in, pelo que tivemos de fazer tudo pelo telemóvel. Foi estranho não conhecermos os funcionários, e pelo que nos pareceu, o alojamento só tinha capacidade de 3 quartos. O edifício era antigo, e não tivemos essa perceção quando fizemos a reserva.

Massimo der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Badezimmer ist modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt. In 5 min ist man zu Fuss in der Stadt Modena.

Mooie gloednieuwe kamer vlak bij het oude centrum. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Brandschoon en superlekker bed. Zeer hulpvaardige host die je op afstand door de in-check procedure heen helpt.

Hochmodernes Apartment mitten in der Stadt, ruhige Lage

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und ist in einem alten Gebäude. Darin erwartet einem jedoch ein hochmodernes, sehr tolles Zimmer. Das Checkin online und die Zugangsdaten für Türen fanden wir super, so ist man sehr spontan. Der Kontakt war bestens und wir kommen wieder wenn in Modena

Die Parksituation ist etwas angespannt, aber ist ja klar mitten in der Stadt. Wir fanden aber immer einen Platz.

In particolare nulla, camera sempliciotta, nulla di entusiasmante ma nell'insieme non male.

Il letto è scmodissimo, i cuscini sono improponibili di una qualità scadentissima che fanno venire mal di testa, la tv e fissata storia al muro e l'antenna contatto quindi vedi i film a round per via dei blocchi. Alle 9:15 mi sento bussare dalla donne delle pulizie, pura follia...

appartamento gradevole, buon punto d'appoggio per il centrom con parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze

Camera nuova con bell'arredamento e profumato, luci, biancheria di qualità, ottima pulizia, letto comodo memory, set monouso ( dentifricio, pettine, set bellezza , set barba, cuffia...), dispenser sapone ecologici in bagno, drink + snack e bollitore/ macchine caffé gratuiti, bagno spazioso con doccia walk in, vicinanza al centro 10/15 minuti a piedi, parcheggio abbastanza semplice perché fuori da zona centralissima. Buona insonorizzazione, smart TV. Ingresso gestito da cellulare, qualche difficoltà all'inizio per la novità, ma grazie al proprietario risolto velocemente per telefono.

petali profumati sul ripiano del bagno, avrei preferito senza; un pò più di piani da appoggio in bagno ( interno doccia, vicino al lavandino ecc..)
