Struttura pulita e recentemente ristrutturata, con impianti e finiture di ottima qualità! E' presente anche il kit-benvenuto con i prodotti da bagno (con non da poco). Struttura veramente ben curata e accogliente!

Short walk to the centre. Nicely appointed and well kept apartment.
The only issue was access to the main building. We could not access the property's wifi from outside the building, so each time we had to use roaming data. The emails received did say that it could be done but none of my party were able to get it from outside the main door

Die Wohnung in einem alten Bürgerhaus ist in drei total neue und komfortable Zimmer mit jeweils erstklassigem Bad verwandelt worden, sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und wenige Schritte zur Altstadt. Wir haben kostenlos (weiße Markierungen) in der nächsten Querstraße geparkt. Falls wir nochmals nach Modena kommen, buchen wir das wieder. Der Zugang über Handy ist sehr einfach und sicher.
Uns hat alles gefallen.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, nur ein paar Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, sehr sauber und das Bad schön und groß. Massimo, der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und antwortete sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, findet kostenlose Parkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen oder auch eine Parkgarage nur 100 m von der Unterkunft entfernt.
