Amazing stay in a very charming apartment

This was a one-night stop on our way south. Modena was a great city to wander around in - and the Maison du Charme was indeed charming! Good location, parking locally, there are two 'apartments' though when we stayed, the other was empty so we had the lounge to ourselves as well as an enormous bedroom. Furnishings great, very classic - it was a lovely stay in a great place.

WIFI is weak and unstable. A/C air conditioning is not sufficient. Excellent location. Quiet.

Excellent location in the center. Quiet room. The room was clean. There are many steps up up up to the room which burns calories and permits extra dessert.

WIFI is weak and unstable. WIFI went dead in the evening and remained dead in the morning. The A/C air conditioning is not sufficient to cool the room. The room was uncomfortably hot. The bed is large but too hard for my taste. The shower stall is quite small. No coffee was supplied until requested. Instant powdered coffee.

This location is perfect with close access to Modena centro. A beautiful setting inside with a comfortable sitting area. Our room included delightful and comfortable bedding. We felt very spoiled!

This is a delightful place to stay, really comfortable and in a superb position, just 5 minutes walk from the historic centre. Very quiet, very spacious. we parked in a very secure car park nearby.

Beautiful townhouse with furniture from a past time. Good breakfast.

Attic room and bathroom had very low ceilings. I hit my head multiple times until i remembered to duck under the beams at night. Bathroom and room are connected by a publicly accessible area, so privacy was not automatically given.

we were there just for an overnight stay but i can recommend the location as it's very close to the city center. also you can find parking on the street nearby. it was all very clean,wifi was good and they provide an italian breakfast

not a good location if you have a lot of bags or a mobility problem as it's at the 3rd floord in a nice old building- without an elevator

Absolute gem on a perfect location just outside the city centre (less than a 5min walk). Gorgeous apartment on the 3rd floor of an authentic building (stairs only!) in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. We liked it so much the first time around, that we spontaneously came back for a second night. Spacious rooms, very relaxing (we were the only ones at the apartment) and great hospitality! We didn't book breakfast but got offered a coffee each morning while getting ready to leave. When we're coming back to Modena, this is where we'll be staying again!

Struttura pulita e sistemata accoglienza al top, la gentilezza di essere venuti prima dell’orario del check, avevamo esigenza di prendere la camera prima delle 15 e non abbiamo avuto assolutamente problemi.

Sehr nette Location an zentraler doch ruhigen Nebenstrasse

Die Wohnung enthält 2 separate Zimmer. Jedes mit eigenem Bad. Viel gemeinsame Wohnfläche, welche nach Bedarf auch sehr privat gehalten werden kann, da die Zimmer auf verschiedenen Etagen sind. 3 Min zu Fuss zum Zentrum. Treppen darf man nicht scheuen. Viele öffentliche Parkplätze gleich vor dem Haus. Empfehle die entsprechende Parkapp zu installieren. Sehr nette Inhaberin und Reinigungspersonal

Im oberen Zimmer könnte es im Sommer warm werden und man müsste wohl die Klimaanlage laufen lassen
