Small, clean and modern room in a central location

Great location, clean apartment, and the bathroom was very nice, especially because it included the LED lighting and the Bluetooth speaker to connect to it. We also liked how easy and convenient it was to check-in and check-out. On top of all, the host was always available and generally nice and helpful to us.

The room was quite cold for the majority of the time, which made our stay far less comfortable than we would have expected. We also found that it was quite pricy given the apartment size. We are usually fine with smaller apartments, but in this case, it was a bit challenging to even open up our suitcases due to the lack of room.

Only good for young people that will stay a day, would not recommend for anyone looking for comfort.

Location was good

- Toilet is an issue, very narrow space and almost impossible to use.(I'm not a large size guy). - 3rd floor and no lift, if you have any issues going up multiple times or have large bags then fine. we were told this info after we did the booking. -Very very very small place, no place to sit, you have to be out all day and use it to sleep. -they offered a free parking but it is not real, you have to look for a parking, it took us like 45 min to find a parking and then you have to carry all your stuff 100's of meters depending on where you park, really issue to deal with. -

The host was exceptional. She was very communicative and helped us order a taxi which was above what she needed to do. The location is great and the size of the apartment is larger than we were expecting. Had a great visit.

Punto perfetto per visitare Modena città e dintorni

L'appartamento è il punto ideale per girare a piedi e vedere Modena: Duomo, Ghirlandina, Piazza Grande, Mercato Albinelli, Galleria Estense e con una piacevolissima passeggiata lungo viali alberati, il Museo Ferrari. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e super accessoriato. A 5 minuti a piedi c'è un supermercato e altri negozi. I 3 piani sono fattibilissimi. Si trova in zona ztl quindi non ci si può arrivare in auto, ma a 100 metri ci sono parcheggi dove tramite un pass fornito dall'host si può sostare gratuitamente.

Aggiungere 2 cuscini al letto e un comodino. Mendicanti a volte molesti.

Läget är bra med promenad avstånd till allt i staden. Kommer man med bil är det bra parkerings möjligheter nära.

Parkerings dokumentet måste man själv skriva ut, vilket är nästan omöjligt när man är på resa och bokar boendet påvägen när man reser. Förra året när vi hyrde denna lägenhet, fanns ett utskrivet i lägenheten, vilket man inte ordnade med i år tyvärr.

Krásná lokalita v centru, horší možnosti parkování, příjemné ubytování

Lokalita je úžasná - vylezete ze dveří a jste v krásných uličkách v centru Modeny, přes den jsou velmi klidné, ale večer ožijí. (hluk z podniků v ulici není v ubytování slyšet). Do muzea Ferrari je to 20 minut chůze pěšky. Ubytování je velmi malé, ale nabízí vše potřebné ke krátkému pobytu. Milým překvapením byl bluetooth reproduktor ve sprše. V kuchyni byl kávovar s kapslemi.

Výhled do ne moc hezkého mikro vnitrobloku. Parkování - parkování je na modrých zonach (ale věděli jsme dopředu, kde je vhodné zaparkovat a je potřeba VYTISKNOUT dopředu potvrzení od hostitele pro parkování zdarma na modrých zonach) . Je potřeba počítat s delší trasou k autu, na modrých zónách není vždy místo k zaparkování, a i když ho najdete, stále je to nějakých minimálně 200 metrů po kamenné cestě, kde se jde obtížně s kufrem. Také nám zde poškodili automobil - parkovací místa bývají úzká a ostatní řidiči velmi neohleduplní při otevírání dveří svých aut. Na ubytování jsme našli ponožky předchozího nájemníka (použité). Vyteklé baterie v ovladači osvětlení u postele.

Buona soluzione per breve visita a Modena

La posizione è buona, nell' appartamento c'era tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato l'asse e il ferro da stiro. Macchinetta con le capsule di caffè anche un punto a favore. Tutte le stoviglie perfette, ma non abbiamo usato. Letto leggermente stretto, ma cmq è buono. Abbiamo dormito bene.

Terzo piano senza ascensore (per noi senza valigie non è stato un problema), ma anche non c'era la luce per le scale, salendo di sera (abbiamo usato la torcia del telefono).

Ottima struttura, arredato e organizzato al massimo possibile ... ma

La struttura si trova al limite della zona ZTL, con una miriade di possibilità di parcheggio dal viale Martiri della libertà fino ad un parcheggio multipiano a 400 metri. Vicinissimo a tutti i negozi che possono servire per un vivere in un appartamento per più giorni (alimentari, supermarket anche etnici alle lavanderie a gettoni fino a ristoranti e bar di ogni tipo). Tutti vicini poi sono i luoghi più turistici della città: dai musei (figurina e Ferrari) al Duomo e Palazzo ducale. La struttura si trova in un palazzo storico ben tenuto sia all'esterno che all'interno negli spazi comuni. Si accede solo con scale (non ha presenza di ascensore ma non è un problema). Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento c'è poco da dire: perfetto. Piccolo ma ben arredato, si vede da poco restaurato e riammodernato con nulla lasciato al caso. Le stanze son un pò tutte piccole, ma va da se che se ben arredate e organizzate lo spazio c'è ed avanza pure. Il bagno era magnifico dagli arredi alla doccia ampia e superfunzionale. La stanza da letto ben organizzata con letto super ergonomico, comodo e ampio, arredamento semplice ma d'effetto (compreso il condizionatore che ormai ci vuole nelle estati italiane). Cucina bellisima e super accessioriata (c'era tutto ciò di cui c'è bisogno per vivere in un appartamento cucinando anche per più persone). Insomma tutto perfetto per un soggiorno di relax ...

... ma ci ritornerei? ASSOLUTAMENTE NO!!!! Alla mia privacy ci tengo, ed avere una telecamera sul pianerottolo girata verso l'ingressso dell'appartamento con sensore di movimento anche no! Dopo 5 minuti che un mio amico entra in appartamento, avere il messaggio del proprietario dell' appartamento che chiede la sua foto della carta d identità e codice fiscale è ABERRANTE, e a dirla tutta neanche presente nel contratto (presentatomi dopo il pagamento della prenotazione). Non mi è mai capitato in tutti i miei altri pernottamenti. Perdere la prima mattina di mini ferie, tra chiamare Booking (per protestare) e andare dalla caserma dei carabinieri e alla questura per avere informazioni sulla fattibilità della cosa (e alla questura ti danno ragione dicendomi che posso fare denuncia per violazione della mia privacy e che non devo rilasciare nessun documento richiesto di una persona se non pernotta per la notte) è fuori dal mondo, oltre allo stress e casini vari causatemi.
