Great location!

Great location overlooking the piazza. Clean, spacious rooms. Easy communication with the hosts.

The phone app as the only key or way to get into apartment block/room and with No person on site, makes it hard to navigate. My phone died and i couldn't get into the building or contact anyone for a while until I got a charge from the restaurant downstairs (who were very helpful!)

Ok but not great

The location is excellent and the ease of finding and accessing the room was very good.

The room was very small and the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy. So much so that sleep was impossible with it on and the room quickly became stiflingly hot very quickly.

Excellent location and staff, only complaint is the bed.

Really good location, friendly and helpful staff (that was easy to reach). Modern and clean room. Free parking right outside of the ZTL zone (5 min walk). Every time we had contact with them it was smooth and effortless.

Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable for us and not good quality. Even though the pillows were great, the blanket was huge, we could not get a real good sleep because of the bed frame and the mattress. The heating system was a bit strange but it was working just fine

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem renovierten Altbau und ist in Ordnung, stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und die Lage für den Besuch von Modena perfekt mitten in der Altstadt. Das Restaurant Uva d'Oro direkt nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Check-In wird online gemacht, man erhält per Mail viele Infos und Links – genug Akku, Lesebrille und Kreditkarte bereit halten, da die Kurtaxe (und wenn gewünscht) der Zugang zur ZTL via Link bezahlt werden. Der Zugang zum Haus und zum Zimmer erfolgt mittels Türöffnungsfunktion auf dem Link im E-Mail – Handy also stets mit genug Akku versorgen. 😊

Die Duschkabine ist eher klein und die Matratze war uns persönlich zu weich, das Bett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. Das Haus ist gegen innen sehr ringhörig und auch die Heizung ist sehr laut und mit dem Fenster gegen die Piazza wird es vermutlich im Sommer auch gegen Aussen laut, dafür stellt der Vermieter proaktiv Ohrenstöpsel zur Verfügung. Das ist nicht kritisch sondern informativ gemeint, da man sich dessen bewusst sein muss, wenn man in einer italienischen Stadt mitten in der Altstadt bucht. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, dann eignet sich ein moderner Neubau am Rande der Stadt sicher besser. Nun zum Thema Parkplatz und dies ist eine persönliche Erfahrung und keine Kritik an der Unterkunft: Die Unterkunft selber hat keine Parkplätze, via Mail wird man über 2 öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe informiert. Wenn man für 5 EUR den Zugang zur ZTL kauft sollte man bis fast vor die Unterkunft fahren können, dort das Gepäck ausladen, die kostenlose Parkkarte im Zimmer holen (an einen Stift denken!) und dann von dort einen der beiden Parkplätze ansteuern oder auch irgendwo sich selber einen Platz suchen. Das hört sich einfach an, wir sind aber daran gescheitert, dass die Zugangsbeschreibung zur Unterkunft und GoogleMaps sich nicht über Einbahnen etc. einig waren. Das ganze hat uns ca. 1h Zeit gekostet und nach bereits erfolgten 9h Fahrzeit auch einiges an Nerven. Persönlich finde ich es unsinnig bei einer Anreise mit dem Auto zuerst einen Parkzettel/Schlüssel oder ähnliches im Zimmer holen zu müssen (haben wir mehrmals erlebt auf unserer Italien-Reise) um erst danach das Auto parkieren zu können.

Posizione eccellente nel centro di Modena, buona soluzione parcheggio a pochi minuti a piedi, camere pulite e molto accoglienti, il gusto si percepisce dall’ingresso!

Modena bellissima e accogliente! Natale festoso e caloroso. Torneremo al Mazzini's Room

Pieno centro, posizione ottima! Servizio di ingresso, prenotazione, risposte ai chiarimenti iniziali, ottimo!! Purtroppo alcuni difetti che non rispecchiano la bellezza e precisione dell'alloggio, come il lavello del bagno che si muove, le imposte della camera che non si chiudono e la disinformazione sull'utilizzo del riscaldamento. La prima notte abbiamo dormito al freddo, fino al giorno seguente quando ci siamo fatti insegnare come funzionava, da un amico. Per il resto, vale il viaggio!

Da non ripetere assolutamente

La posizione

Ascensore non funzionante con stanze al 3 piano. Stanza fredda. Pompa di calore mal funzionante e rumorosissima tanto che l’host fornisce i “tappi per le orecchie”. Macchina per caffè non funzionante. Contattato l’host più volte soprattutto per il riscaldamento, questi non ha MAI risposto (siamo stati ricontattati alle 10.35 dell’indomani quando già andati via).

La posizione è proprio in centro Modena e l’arredo della camera molto moderna, nonostante il contesto in cui è.

I vicini sono molto rumorosi, ed i muri essendo vecchi si sente qualsiasi movimento all’infuori della camera o schiamazzo. Il letto comodo, ma cigola. Il riscaldamento a condizionatore.

Ottima soluzione centrale

La posizione centralissima. L’accesso con smartphone. L’asciugacapelli che asciuga (cosa non scontata). Caffè, the e acqua a disposizione. Biancheria bianca e pulita. I saponi dei dispenser molto buoni. Arredamento molto carino e pulizia top!

La rete del materasso, estremamente cigolante e troppo alta. Credo fosse anche leggermente più piccola rispetto al materasso. In sostanza non molto confortevole nonostante il materasso di buona qualità. Il piumone del letto che te lo ritrovavi a contatto con la pelle, essendo presenti delle lenzuola normali e non essendoci il copripiumino.

Visita a Modena fra automobili famose e gastronomia di alto livello

La posizione in una piazza del centro storico di Modena è stata perfetta, a pochi passi da ristoranti e osterie. Mi è piaciuto in particolar modo l'assistenza da parte della reception a distanza, in quanto la struttura propone un approccio completamente digitale. Camere nuove e accoglienti, materasso, perfetto. Così anche il bagno.

Abbiamo fatto fatica a trovare nei paraggi un caffè, un bar, una pasticceria, per una colazione adeguata. Ma forse è un problema nostro che non abbiamo cercato bene.

Tolles Appartement in super Lage

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu erreichen. Das gesamte Haus hat einen tollen Charme. Der Check in funktioniert sehr gut und einfach. Die Ausstattung ist gut und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Sehr nett, dass es auch eine Kaffeemaschine gibt. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

Bei der Dusche ist der Wasserdruck etwas niedrig, liegt wahrscheinlich am Altbau. Das Bett war ein kleines bisschen wackelig und die Räume etwas hellhörig, man hat andere Bewohner im Treppenhaus gehört, ist aber nicht so schlimm, da nur wenige Personen dort laufen. Schade ist, dass der Check in erst ab 16:00 Uhr möglich ist.

Per fortuna, la struttura era in una posizione molto comoda e centrale.

La posizione, anche se difficile da raggiungere con l’autovettura.

La pulizia per alcuni aspetti carente, la perdita all’impianto di climatizzazione, l’insonorizzazione carente, cattivo odore nel vano scale e insufficienti dotazione di cialde di caffè rispetto al numero di ospiti e al periodo di soggiorno (4 capsule rispetto ad un soggiorno di 3 notti per due persone).

Mazzini's Rooms el mejor lugar para conocer Modena

La ubicación es superior. Modena tiene muchos puntos de interés y desde la plaza de Mazzini uno puede moverse a cualquier lugar. El contacto telefónico fue de gran ayuda, siempre muy amable y atento, resolvieron nuestras dudas y acomodaron nuestras preferencias.

Realmente pocas desventajas le veo al lugar pero si tuviera que poner algo sería que aunque no tuve problema con el ruido, las paredes sí son algo delgadas y en ciertos lugares de la habitación lográbamos oír a otras personas.

Bello esteticamente - posizione ottima - alcuni punti fondamentali da rivedere

Molto apprezzata la posizione in centro e il parcheggio incluso ad uso gratuito , anche se leggermente distante dall’alloggio, rimane facilmente raggiungibile. La stanza è ben curata ma manca un sistema di ventilazione nel bagno ceco , cosa a mio parere fondamentale . Consiglierei di cambiare assolutamente i cuscini improponibili e il materasso troppo troppo duro .. per il resto la struttura rimane discreta .

Gute zentrale Lage einfacher Zugang zur Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft wirkt extrem unsauber und ist total in die Jahre gekommen, eine so verkalkte Kaffeemaschine hatte ich bislang noch nicht gesehen. Fugen im Bad sind bröckelig und verschmutzt, der Duschschlauch so verkalkt das er bereits porös und rostig ist. Die Wände sind extrem dünn, Oropax wurden direkt von der Unterkunft zur Verfügung gestellt, dennoch war es so laut dass man die Nachbarn oben und seitlich einwandfrei hören konnte. Leider die unerholsamste Nacht meines Urlaubs.

A localização era muito boa.

Talvez não seja um ponto muito importante, mas para mim falta Italia na decoração do hotel. Quarto sem grande personalidade, podia ser em qualquer parte do mundo, quando viajo quero ter a experiência de estar nesse país também no hotel. Principalmente em Italia que tem uma arquitetura tão bonita visível no exterior do edifício.
