Great location with great staff

Location and staff.

Beds were uncomfortable but ok and the shower was rubbish given the cost. A hand held shower at the price should be an addition not the sole option. Breakfast was quite expensive and although they didn’t charge for one child they should maybe consider a child rate and include the omelette in the cost not charge extra.

I highly recommend this hotel! From the very first moments, the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, making my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and luxurious, with an excellent location and delicious breakfast. Special thanks to Domenico at the reception for his outstanding care, which I truly appreciated and which made me feel truly valued as a guest! Thank you to the friendly female staff member who provided me with Italian food culture and places worth visiting. This is a place one wants to return to — with gratitude and the clear feeling of having made the best possible choice.

Nice Hotel by Train

The staff were friendly and check in convenient. I picked this hotel as close to the train station and it’s a little walk to the grand piazza. Depends where you want to stay in the city. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Comfortable, attractive hotel with helpful staff, disappointed spa facilities were not available.

Receptionist in particular was exceptionally helpful in recommending restaurants and going out of her way to help with taxis etc. The staff at front desk and bar were very accommodating. Rooms were clean, attractive and modern. The hotel was also a short walk to the station. Enjoyed sitting in the outside area.

We chose the hotel because of the spa, however it was out of action and this was disappointing. Breakfast was quite limited in selection of food. No itemised bill was provided at checkout.

Very comfortable stay in Modena

The room was extremely comfortable. Bedding was of a high standard. We only spent 1 night, and it was worth it. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from, just what is needed to start a new day.

It’s the best hotel. Walking distance to everything. 5 min walk to any point of the city center.

Great stay in Modena

The hotel is well located just outside the city center and parking was very easy using the hotels garage (valet). Checkin was quick and the room was better than I expected with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I didn't hear other guests or housekeeping while in the room which is very nice. We were able to walk to all the sites, shopping, and restaurants from the hotel.

The shower was small and it was easy to get water outside of shower.

Would certainly stay again

The rooms were gorgeous with a full marble bathroom. Breakfast was perfect with both Italian & American options. A short walk to the train station was very convenient for our stay for a convention we were attending in Bologna.The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was excellent and we tried our first real Modena balsamic there!

My only critique would be the size of room, but it's Europe, so I understand what to expect and I'm not complaining, just want other American travelers to know to expect it.
