Excellent stay in a perfectly located hotel with outstanding service and a very welcoming owner

Great place with an excellent location, facilities, and services. I really enjoyed my stay—the hotel owner is exceptional and assisted me with everything I needed. The property is in a fantastic position near the train station, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I personally traveled for a football-related event, and the hotel is perfect for this, as the stadium is within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Poor way to experience modern.

Close to Ferrari Musuem

Reception staff non existant..no toilet paper, never say a sole staff member for the 2 days after we checked in..area very unsavoury after dark, drug dealers and vagrants hangng around. Zero facilities, no restaura t, just a bed. Simple clanking lift never switched on. Whats the point. Can not recommend.

Great location, close to the railway station and Aldi. Cleanliness was as at a normal level.

Poor communication by the staff; basically no information was provided, and requests went unanswered. Noise from neighboring rooms was very noticeable. The “blankets” were really just thin throws with sheets underneath, which seemed unhygienic. The bathroom was very cramped, and there was no bag in the trash bin. There was no kettle, though this is understandable since there was no kitchen in the room either.

Good location, good value, comfortable bed

The location was quiet. It was a short walk to the train station, into the city or to the Enzo Ferrari museum. Welcome air-conditioning! The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable, firm enough. Very helpful staff.

It would have been nice to have made a hot drink in the room.

Exceptional

We booked this place very last minute because our previous booking fell through. They were happy to host us for a couple of nights. The staff were very friendly and the room was good. It’s a nice location too, a block from the Ferrari Museum and about 10 minutes walking to the center.

this property was nothing like advertised, including the furnishings in the foyer the elevator stopped before the floor, so they turned the elevator off no aircon remote in the room, so up and down 2 floors of f stairs to find there are no batteries in the remote the experience feels shady

The staff at La Stella D'Italia are all very kind and helpful. The hotel was a last-minute booking and the hotel served its purpose for my stay. The location is very close to the train station (3-5min walk) and an easy 10min walk to the city center.

rooms are getting run down. cheap materials for vanities and decor showing their age. The rooms are modern feel, but strange choice of old fashioned bedspreads! Staff speaks little to no English, communication managed okay. Floors are thin, little noisy above us.

location and size of room are adequate; nice new bathroom with good shower; modern styling of room is pleasant

details are lacking: remotes were missing (air conditioning) or not functioning (TV); no switch for the installed fan in enclosed bathroom?? street parking had to be paid instead of the advertised "voucher at the front desk"

location was ok. Staff were polite and eager to help.

the elevator didn’t work. the room very stark, bathroom extremely small. cleaning staff did minimal and didn’t take out garbage. was noisy with thin walls. a dog all over furniture in lobby.
