I would highly recommend.

Location was excellent, right near the Modena Cathedral. Room was clean, tastefully decorated and very quiet. Breakfast included a variety of continental items making it a great start for the day.

Centrally located, clean pristine, quick and very kind responses by the hosts.

Remote/online check-in - if you don't have access to wifi-internet, access the building/property can be a hassle. The breakfast was good but it would possibly benefit from more variety, fresh and/or local produce.

Best staff and location

A very nice room. Everything was clean and pleasant. Online check-in requires internet access. The staff was excellent! Rebecca sent all the instructions before the check in and was always available to answer any questions. Great location right in the center of Modena. There's a restaurant on the ground floor with a lot of young people.

position was really good right in the centre of modena, the decor is modern and nice. the bathroom was spacious and the bed comfortable

the cleaning lady was quite rude. the stairs that lead to the upstairs rooms are very tall and squeaky. very difficult to go up and down with luggage

The stair case coming in, very hard with suitcases four floors plus another set of stair to get to your bedroom.

Great stay, optimal communication, a very affordable apartment to visit Modena in a relaxed manner.

A clean, easy to reach, with private parking, very well functional apartment. The communication with the host was excellent.

Comfortable, convenient accommodations.

Email communication / instructions very helpful, offered assistance if we needed anything. We liked the electronic access, but at first we had a weak internet connection, so that was a challenge. The shared bathroom was fine, the self-serve breakfast was plentiful.

Very nice room (Ferrari) with nice furniture. Good quality bed. Excellent breakfast available with a lot of choice. Do it yourself. Location in the city center.

There is no elevator to the second floor.

Great location

Exactly as described in the description. Very central location within the old town. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. We parked our car outside of the old town in the public parking which was only a 15minute walk away. Host was quick to respond through booking.com and also WhatsApp. Automated entry system to building/apartment and room works really well. My only two comments would be the low shower pressure and the slightly noisy AC unit in the bedroom. Would stay again.

The apartment and room were decorated nicely. It had a general eating area and a kitchen with coffee and tea and breakfast snacks. I didn't realize that when I booked the room that the bathroom was in the hallway, but it really wasn't an issue for me. You don't see anybody because the door is opened remotely and the air conditioner is turned on remotely. I was there one night and went to see the Enzo Ferrari Museum.

The stairs up to the rooms are a little steep. Other than not having an en suite bathroom, I liked everything else.

The room was very nice and, despite the lively surroundings, quite quiet and clean.

Unfortunately, the access to the apartment did not work as described and the door could only be opened after several phone calls to the landlady.

The location was good, very close to the work place and whithin the center of the city, with the restaurants, monuments and shopping very close. The room and kitchen were very clean and breakfast was good

I would suggest to reduce the number of home fragrance diffusers . They are too many and of different fragrances that do not mix very well.

Clean place with kitchen accommodations

Great location, central to everything. The room was large and clean, comfortable bed.

The host and I did not speak the same language, but I understand a little Italian to get by. As I was returning to my room one day she motioned to my phone and I assumed she wanted to exchange numbers for contact reasons. Instead she was asking to borrow my phone to make a call. Misunderstanding what she was asking, I dialed the number she read to me and she took my phone to start talking to someone. As I was traveling internationally, calls are expensive and she was arguing with someone for a couple minutes while I waited for her to be done so I could return to my room. I don’t think this was very professional as she had a computer and cell phone at her desk, and as a traveler it did not make me feel comfortable.

Nicely located but room smelled of humidity

Very conveniently situated in the heart of Modena

My room had a very strong humidity smell which is completely unacceptable considering price paid Breakfast is composed of cakes / biscuits that are supermarket bought. No fresh food. Again was expecting better for the price.

Great location for exploring Modena, Breakfast set up was really fantastic - lots of variety. Our room was nice and big as well which was appreciated. The area the guest house is in is located in a very busy area with a strong night life, but we were very pleasantly surprised at how well soundproofed it was and quiet at night!

Our room was the only one on the main floor, so we were woken up by other guests having breakfast, but they were courteous and thankfully not too loud. The person checking us in when we arrived didn't speak English, but they were absolutely lovely and we were able to get through the process with no issues.

Exceptional

Very nice apartament in strict city center. It has a big common kitchen and dining area where you can find all you want (coffe, tea, juices, water, salt and sweet snacks). The variety of breakfast is nice (we only bought a focaccia and took some ham and cheese from fridge). This is strict city center but very quiet so we could relax. Very nice Air con. We could leave our laggage in the room in morning when it was not yet ready and explore the city to come back later.
