Super beautiful room and common room . Very good located in the Center. All walkable.
Breakfast could offer more fresh Options Like more fresh fruit. Most Things were packed.but it was still okay.

The location was great, the room also. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.
Unfortunately a thing happened in the last minute. We checked out at 10 am, as requested and left our luggage at the appointed place. 2 hours and a half later, when we took our luggage, a very unpolite, even rude lady (chambermaid) didn't allow us to use the toilet before leaving to the train station and after to the airport. This left a bitter feeling. A toilet and/or water - how could a human refuse this to another human?

Location was excellent, right near the Modena Cathedral. Room was clean, tastefully decorated and very quiet. Breakfast included a variety of continental items making it a great start for the day.
