Nice location nice rooms need to change the drain in the bathroom to a proper one , so it doesnt smell like shit in the

Overall the place is good but unfortunately there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom what we couldn’t manage . It was absolutely disgusting . The owner probably knew it since there was an air freshener but it didnt help .

Wonderful stay in the Center of Modena

The location is right in the middle of the historic center, but on a very quiet side street. Paola and her friend Elizabeth (?) could not have been nicer. I was able to leave my luggage early in my room, which actually was already clean and ready for me by around 12 o’clock. Breakfast was simple but just fine for me. There was one other couple staying in the B & B the first two nights I stayed there. Coco 21 has three rooms and the third room was empty. Everything is very clean and new and very tastefully decorated. I loved staying there and if I go back to Modena I will try to stay there again!

Fantastic location. Fantastic hosts. You can’t get more central in Modena than Coco21. Paola and Elisabetta became like family for the week that we were there. Elisabetta’s husband even organised for us to play tennis at his local club. What a privilege. This is a special place

Best B&B in the Modena/Bologna area.

I Was at the Coco21 B&B for 4 nights. The bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable, room quiet, very clean, a/c and WiFi worked well. Location is great. Close to all the “goodies.” Bathroom is large and similar to bathrooms in the USA. Large shower. My room was ”made up” every day. Breakfast is very good. Lots of selection. Paola asks the day before what you would like for breakfast. She gets her food at the big food market which is a few minutes away. If you are a foodie, it’s a must see. Paola and Elizabetta do everything, so you are not dealing with disinterested employees. They are always available by email, text/sms and WhatsApp. Response time is immediate. It’s the best B&B I’ve stayed at in the Modena/Bologna area. I highly recommend the Coco21 B&B.

Una deliziosa sorpresa nel centro storico di Modena

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti in questo delizioso B&B nel cuore di Modena. L'aspetto che più ci ha colpito è l'accoglienza calorosa e familiare di Paola, la proprietaria che gestisce personalmente in toto la struttura e coccola i propri ospiti. La struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata di recente con amore e grande attenzione al dettaglio dal parquet in legno all'arredamento moderno e coerente. La struttura è comodamente situata in centro storico ma al contempo a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, così come dalla Casa Museo di Enzo Ferrari. La colazione allestita con un piccolo buffet, curato e attento alle esigenze personali.

Coccolati! COCO21 è un delizioso B&B nel cuore di Modena, a due passi dal Duomo. Ristrutturato e arredato con grande cura per i dettagli. Paola, ci ha accolto e riempito di attenzioni per tutto il soggiorno.
