Excellent communication and helpfulness. Gorgeous rooms and facilities in a great, central area. Attention to detail and comfort was much appreciated. The property and location exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this place if staying in Modena.

Not only was the location and room exceptional, but the hosts were incredibly helpful in obtaining transportation for us to a tour outside of Modena. We simply could not have done it without them.

Modena is a lovely city as was our stay.
It was in a perfect location. Staff went over the top in terms of keeping in touch with us. (There had been a delay of one day for arrival, due to rail stoppage of one day. ) Beautifully decorated with extremely beautiful bedding. Quiet location. I would highly recommend this spot.

Excellent location,modern and clean apartement and an outstanding service! Superb hosts!
The host Francesca was very serviceminded and helped us to book a taxi, a table at the restaurant and to carry our suitcases. The breakfast is served at two different cafes nearby and it is great to have coffee and a croisant together with the locals.
There is no elevator in the building,but for us it was not any problem. We got a great help from our hosts to carry our suitcases,so it is NOT a problem.

Wonderful property ideally located near shops, restaurants, albinelli market and ferrari museum!
The property had everything we could possibly need for a very comfortable stay! The best part was our host who helped us book tours and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. She made our trip very memorable. Grazie mille, Francesca!
